Second-Year cadets from Royal Military College (RMC) visited HMC Dockyard Halifax recently for a familiarization tour of Royal Canadian Navy ships and CFB Halifax. They were greeted by a familiar face, Charlie, RAdm Kurtz’s dog, who was a resident at RMC campus, during Kurtz’s time as the Commandant.
