NDWCC Kick-off BBQ
Thursday 17 September | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. *Rain date September 22.
Beside the Base Logistics main warehouse (Building D206, HMC Dockyard)
Dress: Civilian/PT gear for $2 Dress with a Difference or Dress of the Day
Cash only. Please remember to bring cash for food, games, and raffles.
Bus transportation will be available to/from Shearwater, Discovery Drive Dartmouth (Canadian Coast Guard), Willow Park, Stadacona, and HMC Dockyard. See transportation schedule for details.
Please note: This event, including bus transportation, is for Defence Team members only (employees in possession of a CAF, DND, or Canadian Coast Guard identification card). Show of ID will be requested when entering HMC Dockyard and the bus. Please ensure your ID has not expired.
Food Options
Hotdog – $3, Hamburger – $5, Pop – $2, Water and Chips – $1

Games
There will be many games that you can take part in for free or by a donation including:
Dunk Tank ($2 /per attempt), Mini-putt ($2/hole), Giant Jenga (free), Cornhole (free), Washer Toss (free), Ring Toss (free), Ball Toss Game (free) and Hole Punch Game (free)
50/50 Draw: $2 each, 3 for $5 or 10 for $10. Winner announced at 1:30 p.m.
Silent Auction: Winner announced at 1:30 p.m.
NDWCC Golf Tournament

Hartlen Point Golf Club

This event includes 18 holes of golf (four-person scramble), complimentary snacks, 50/50 draw, and prizes. It is open to the first 32 teams of four to register.
Open to local Defence Team members (military and civilian).

Registration is not complete until payment is made in full. Must pay for entire team all at once. No cash registration. Debit/credit can be done in person (Bldg S-90, Suite 232) or by credit over the phone.

NDWCC Bring Your Dog to Work Day

Are you or your unit planning an NDWCC fundraising event that is open to all local Defence Team members? You can use this form to submit your event to be included in the Halifax Region NDWCC Weekly Update which will be distributed each Monday during the campaign via Base-wide email, CFB Halifax social media channels, and posted to the Trident NDWCC website. Email event submission forms to NDWCCHalifax@forces.gc.ca and keep an eye out for events you might want to attend!
