Mental health is about more than being happy all the time. It’s about feeling good about who you are, having balance in your life, and managing life’s highs and lows. Mental Health week saw many different events and activities that were made to help Defence Team members be better people. Events such as yoga, meditation, music therapy, or nutritional awareness are always good ways to be a better you.
