For the second time this year, His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Margaret Brooke has departed from Halifax to join Operation Caribbe, the US-led counter-narcotics mission in the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. The ship left on April 18 for the nine-week deployment, which will include participation in Exercise Tradewinds alongside more than 1,500 personnel from 22 partner nations.
