A Hawker Hurricane Mk.1 replica unveiling ceremony took place at the Shearwater Aviation Museum on April 5, 2017. The particular efforts of WO Dave Rowe and Christine Hines, in making this display possible, were recognized. The life-size model is now on display at the museum. Admission is free and is open to the public Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
