The Canadian Armed Forces contingent taking part in the D-Day 80th anniversary commemorations in Courseulles-sur-Mer, France is seen together prior to the ceremony at Juno Beach. The group included members of the ship’s company of HMCS William Hall – the ship left Halifax in May following its Commissioning Ceremony and headed to Europe in support of Operation Distinction.
