A recent crop of successful graduates of the Primary Leadership Qualification course, serial 0391, are seen together following a graduation ceremony on October 5. The graduation took place inside the drill hall at the Naval Seamanship Training Facility (S120) and was led by Cdr David Roberge, Commandant at Naval Fleet School (Atlantic).
