One ceremony brought a change of command for two ships on February 5, as outgoing HMCS Charlottetown Commanding Officer Cdr Nicholas Buxton (right) assumed command of HMCS Fredericton, while outgoing HMCS Fredericton Commanding Officer Cdr Jonathan Maurice (left) assumed command of HMCS Charlottetown. The ceremony was presided over by Cmdre Jacob French (centre).
