Princess Louise Fusiliers mark 150th anniversary

The Princess Louise Fusiliers, a Primary Reserve infantry unit of the Canadian Armed Forces, celebrates its 150th anniversary this year. The anniversary was marked by a number of events, including a visit from His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, the Colonel-In-Chief of the unit; Freedom of the City; and several decorative flowerbeds planted throughout the municipality as tributes to the Princess Louise Fusiliers’ longstanding history within the city of Halifax.
