En quittant la maison un matin, il n'y a pas si longtemps, j'ai lev\u00e9 les yeux et remarqu\u00e9 un ciel particuli\u00e8rement clair. Je me suis retourn\u00e9e lentement pour contempler la beaut\u00e9 de tout le bleu qui m'entourait. \u00c7a allait \u00eatre une bonne journ\u00e9e !<\/span><\/p>\n

Je ne me souvenais pas de la derni\u00e8re fois o\u00f9 j'avais vu un ciel compl\u00e8tement bleu. \u00ab Il doit bien y avoir un nuage quelque part \u00bb, ai-je pens\u00e9 en scrutant \u00e0 nouveau le ciel. Au sud, il y avait un banc de nuages, \u00e0 peine perceptible car il \u00e9tait bas sur l'horizon.<\/span><\/p>\n

J'ai tout de suite \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7u, car ce petit bout de gris semblait enlever la grandeur du grand ciel bleu. Rien n'avait chang\u00e9, sauf mon humeur. Le ciel \u00e9tait toujours aussi beau, mais maintenant je me concentrais sur le nuage. Je n'aurais pas d\u00fb regarder si fort.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cela m'a fait penser \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont nous avons tendance \u00e0 nous concentrer sur le n\u00e9gatif beaucoup plus facilement que sur le positif. Une centaine de choses vont bien, mais une seule va mal, et c'est l\u00e0 que nos pens\u00e9es se fixent. Nous avons tendance \u00e0 ne pas r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux bonnes choses de notre vie, m\u00eame si elles sont nombreuses. Au contraire, nos pens\u00e9es se dirigent vers le c\u00f4t\u00e9 minable des petites choses. \u00ab Je n'aurais pas d\u00fb regarder si fort \u00bb semble convenir ici.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9tonnamment, je peux penser \u00e0 tant de personnes que j'ai connues au fil des ans et qui \u00e9taient heureuses et satisfaites malgr\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes qu'elles rencontraient dans la vie. Nous pourrions juger que leur situation est plut\u00f4t mis\u00e9rable en raison de leurs difficult\u00e9s ou de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, mais ils ont choisi de ne pas voir les choses de cette fa\u00e7on. Un peu de ciel bleu leur suffit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cela me rappelle que la vie n'a pas besoin d'\u00eatre parfaite pour \u00eatre bonne. Nous n'avons pas besoin de chercher si fort pour trouver le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sombre des choses. Les nuages nous trouveront bien assez t\u00f4t. Au contraire, il est toujours possible de trouver la joie et le contentement sans la perfection.<\/span><\/p>\n
