Le processus de transition de la vie militaire \u00e0 la vie civile (TVMC)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Par le Groupe de transition des FAC N.-\u00c9.\/NL<\/b><\/p>\n

Les Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes r\u00e9inventent le processus de transition, et ce changement arrive \u00e0 Halifax le 1er mars 2023 !<\/span><\/p>\n

En quoi consiste exactement le nouveau processus de TVMC?<\/b> Ce nouveau processus de transition est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une approche personnalis\u00e9e, professionnelle, normalis\u00e9e et humaniste pour appuyer les militaires et leurs familles dans leur plan de transition \u00e0 la vie civile. L\u2019une des dimensions cl\u00e9s de cette nouvelle approche consiste \u00e0 veiller au mieux-\u00eatre dans les sept domaines du mieux-\u00eatre : But, Finances, Sant\u00e9, Int\u00e9gration sociale, Comp\u00e9tences de vie, Logement et environnement physique et Environnement culturel et social.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le processus de TVMC, une approche ax\u00e9e sur le militaire; vous serez appuy\u00e9 durant votre transition. <\/b>Il est possible que les membres des FAC aient de nombreuses questions. En effet, ils passent d\u2019une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 o\u00f9 ils connaissent bien le syst\u00e8me militaire et y sont d\u00e9pendants \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 o\u00f9 ils ont une ind\u00e9pendance relative et une autonomie dans toutes les dimensions de la vie civile. Ainsi, la mission de l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Groupe de transition des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (GT FAC) est d\u2019appuyer les militaires en transition durant ce changement significatif. L\u2019\u00e9quipe r\u00e9unit un r\u00e9seau de soutien de sp\u00e9cialistes qui vise \u00e0 orienter le militaire et sa famille tout au long du processus de transition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qui sont les autres intervenants? <\/b>Le GT FAC collabore avec des partenaires de service, y compris Anciens Combattants Canada et les Services aux familles des militaires dans le cadre des Services de bien-\u00eatre et moral des Forces canadiennes afin de veiller \u00e0 ce que davantage de membres des FAC et leurs familles peuvent profiter de ce processus de transition ax\u00e9 sur les militaires et conna\u00eetre du succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, que ce soit dans le cadre d\u2019une autre possibilit\u00e9 offerte au sein des FAC ou dans la vie civile. Ensemble, ils s\u2019engagent \u00e0 ce que la transition \u00e0 la vie civile se fasse de mani\u00e8re harmonieuse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le processus de TVMC offre des options pour une transition interne (p. ex, le maintien en poste). <\/b>Lorsque c\u2019est possible, les FAC s\u2019engagent \u00e0 offrir d\u2019excellentes occasions de transition internes \u00e0 nos gens. Si une personne envisage de quitter le milieu militaire ou si elle est inapte sur le plan m\u00e9dical \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de son poste actuel, elle doit comprendre qu\u2019il existe d\u2019autres options que de quitter les FAC. Le processus de TVMC aidera les militaires \u00e0 explorer les diff\u00e9rentes options qui leur permettront de demeurer dans les FAC. Les conseillers en transition aiguilleront les militaires vers les officiers de la s\u00e9lection du personnel (OSP) afin d\u2019explorer diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s de transition internes. L\u2019OSP oriente les militaires vers la meilleure option afin qu\u2019ils puissent demeurer dans les FAC et entreprendre de nouveaux d\u00e9fis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Qui peut se pr\u00e9valoir du nouveau processus de TVMC?<\/b> D'ici le 1er mars 2023, le processus de TVMC sera disponible pour tous les membres des FAC \u00e0 Halifax lib\u00e9r\u00e9s de la Force r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Le processus de la TVMC sera \u00e9galement \u00e9tendu \u00e0 la Force de r\u00e9serve, et il pourra \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour augmenter les soutiens existants pour nos membres malades et bless\u00e9s. Ici, \u00e0 la BFC Halifax, l'\u00e9quipe du Centre de transition Halifax sera l\u00e0 pour guider les membres vers les bonnes ressources et veiller \u00e0 ce qu'ils soient soutenus dans cette importante d\u00e9marche.<\/span><\/p>\n

Planifiez votre transition t\u00f4t dans votre carri\u00e8re.<\/b> L\u2019avenir est impr\u00e9visible. Il est important que les membres des FAC soient pr\u00eats lorsque viendra le temps de faire la transition \u00e0 la vie civile \u2013 peu importe s\u2019ils choisissent de travailler dans un milieu de travail civil ou de prendre d\u00e9finitivement leur retraite ou s\u2019ils subissent une blessure qui les emp\u00eache de poursuivre leur carri\u00e8re. Soyez proactif : consultez l\u2019information sur la transition, obtenez des conseils sur la transition et assurez-vous d\u2019\u00e9laborer avec le plus grand s\u00e9rieux votre plan de transition au moins 12 mois avant votre date de lib\u00e9ration pr\u00e9vue afin que vous soyez pr\u00eat le temps venu.<\/span><\/p>\n
