La formation repr\u00e9sente un investissement important en temps et en efforts et produit des techniciens qualifi\u00e9s qui sont tr\u00e8s en demande. Les commentaires des escadrons op\u00e9rationnels de l'ensemble des FAC indiquent que ces techniciens qualifi\u00e9s sont mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve dans leurs op\u00e9rations quotidiennes en raison de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'effectuer des t\u00e2ches \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires de routine moins exigeantes sur le plan technique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici le technicien de soutien des op\u00e9rations a\u00e9riennes (Tech SOA) ! Le r\u00f4le des techniciens SOA est de soutenir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la base, d'effectuer l'entretien des a\u00e9ronefs et d'aider aux op\u00e9rations a\u00e9riennes. En employant ces nouveaux techniciens r\u00e9serv\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9serve dans ces r\u00f4les importants, cela permet aux mainteneurs de se concentrer sur leurs t\u00e2ches principales, augmentant ainsi l'efficacit\u00e9 au niveau tactique. Le m\u00e9tier de Tech SOA est pass\u00e9 par sa conception, un programme int\u00e9rimaire, et a maintenant \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre dans la plupart des flottes de l'ARC en un peu plus de 5 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La communaut\u00e9 des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res maritimes a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape en janvier 2023, lorsque deux techniciens de SOA de la 12e Escadre ont termin\u00e9 le cours d'entretien du CH148 Cyclone \u00e0 l'escadron 406e Escadron maritime d'entra\u00eenement op\u00e9rationnel. Ayant r\u00e9ussi ce cours, ces techniciens de SOA sont maintenant habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 obtenir plus de responsabilit\u00e9s et d'autorisations pour l'entretien et les t\u00e2ches \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires du CH 148 Cyclone, augmentant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 de l'organisation de l'entretien des a\u00e9ronefs \u00e0 la 12e Escadre Shearwater.
