Quelle est votre mission?<\/p>\n

Il se pourrait que l'une des consid\u00e9rations les plus importantes que vous ferez, alors que vous tournerez le calendrier vers 2023, soit justement cela : votre mission.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Je sais, je sais, nous sommes habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 cette terminologie comme \u00e9tant analogue au service dans l'arm\u00e9e. Mais que diriez-vous d'adapter cette pens\u00e9e \u00e0 votre quotidien, \u00e0 votre semaine ? Quelle est <\/span>votre<\/span><\/i> mission personnelle ? Qu'est-ce qui vous pousse \u00e0 faire ce que vous faites ? En d'autres termes, quel est ce guide, cette mission primordiale ou cet \u00e9tat final souhait\u00e9 qui dirige vos pens\u00e9es et vos ambitions quotidiennes ?\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est tr\u00e8s facile de passer un mois, une ann\u00e9e ou une saison sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ces questions plus importantes. Et avant de s'en rendre compte, c'est le rin\u00e7age et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, et des ann\u00e9es peuvent passer sans que nous y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissions trop profond\u00e9ment. Il est facile de succomber \u00e0 la tyrannie de l'urgent au d\u00e9triment de l'important. Alors, quelle est votre mission ? En faisant un peu d'introspection dans votre vie, qu'est-ce qui, selon vous, compte le plus ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Il y a une citation sur laquelle je suis tomb\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment et qui va dans le m\u00eame sens. L'auteur Bob Goff la formule ainsi : <\/span>\u00ab Avant, j'avais peur d'\u00e9chouer dans quelque chose qui comptait vraiment pour moi, mais maintenant j'ai plus peur de r\u00e9ussir dans des choses qui ne comptent pas. \u00bb<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Qu'est-ce qui compte le plus, selon vous ?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Parfois, ce qui compte le plus s'accorde parfaitement avec notre travail professionnel. Par exemple, si servir les personnes bless\u00e9es ou malades est ce qui compte le plus, et que votre vocation est d'\u00eatre infirmi\u00e8re, alors c'est un beau mariage entre vocation et mission. Mais souvent, il sera n\u00e9cessaire que nos \u00ab d\u00e9mangeaisons \u00bb missionnaires soient gratt\u00e9es en dehors de notre vocation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0 ce qu'il faut retenir. Alors que nous tournons le calendrier vers une nouvelle ann\u00e9e, posez-vous deux questions :<\/span><\/p>\n

    Prenez le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir honn\u00eatement \u00e0 ces questions, puis prenez les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour accomplir cette mission.
