Le Centre de ressources des familles militaires d\u2019Halifax et r\u00e9gions (CRFM H&R) et les loisirs Communautaires des PSP ont organis\u00e9 l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement de reconnaissance des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00ab CANEX redonne \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 \u00bb le 30 novembre 2022, au th\u00e9\u00e2tre Neptune.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une merveilleuse repr\u00e9sentation de la com\u00e9die musicale Elf et ont appris que la meilleure fa\u00e7on de r\u00e9pandre la joie de No\u00ebl est de chanter \u00e0 haute voix pour que tout le monde l\u2019entende. Il y a \u00e9galement eu une r\u00e9ception avec un assortiment de g\u00e2teaux au fromage de No\u00ebl de Sweet Hereafter, y compris leurs saveurs de pain d'\u00e9pice et de canne de bonbon!<\/span><\/p>\n

Quatre-vingts b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et leurs invit\u00e9s \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents, ainsi que le Premier ma\u00eetre de la base (PM 1) Troy Beazley ; le colonel Shane Gallant de la 5e Division du Canada, repr\u00e9sentant le brigadier-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Masson ; le superviseur de l'engagement des employ\u00e9s du CRFM H&R, Darren O'Connell ; le gestionnaire sup\u00e9rieur des PSP, Mike Almond et la gestionnaire adjointe des PSP, Stacey Robichaud.<\/span><\/p>\n

Darren O'Connell, superviseur de l'engagement des employ\u00e9s du CRFM H&R, a transmis un message de remerciement aux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. \u00ab Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et se sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire des activit\u00e9s et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Alors que les choses commencent \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 la \u00ab nouvelle normalit\u00e9 \u00bb, nous devons reconna\u00eetre comment votre soutien aux familles des militaires s'est maintenu, m\u00eame si nos activit\u00e9s et \u00e9v\u00e9nements comme les d\u00e9parts et les retours au pays avaient l'air tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement annuel de reconnaissance des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00ab CANEX redonne \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 \u00bb est directement financ\u00e9 par CANEX \u00e0 partir des achats effectu\u00e9s par les membres des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes et la communaut\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, gr\u00e2ce aux revenus g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la vente de marchandises. Cette activit\u00e9 de reconnaissance n'aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 et le soutien continu de CANEX. Cette ann\u00e9e, plus de 3 100 heures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9volement par les loisirs Communautaires des PSP et le CRFM H&R, par l'entremise du conseil d'administration du CRFM H&R, des clubs et groupes des PSP, de l'aide administrative, et bien plus encore!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
