Apr\u00e8s une interruption de deux ans, l'un des \u00e9v\u00e9nements annuels les plus populaires de la BFC Halifax est revenu le 18 novembre, alors que les Slackers du le club de la flotte ont affront\u00e9 le carr\u00e9 des officiers dans le 51e match annuel de la Mini-Coupe Grey sur le terrain Porteous.<\/span><\/p>\n

C'\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du Mini-Coupe Grey depuis des d\u00e9cennies qui voyait les Slackers concourir sans l'aide de Sean Parker, qui a jou\u00e9 des r\u00f4les cl\u00e9s dans l'\u00e9quipe en tant que joueur et entra\u00eeneur de 1996 jusqu'au 50e match en 2019.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Aujourd'hui retrait\u00e9 de son emploi \u00e0 l\u2019IMF Cape Scott et ayant transmis les fonctions d'entra\u00eeneur des Slackers \u00e0 la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, Parker a tout de m\u00eame pris place sur le terrain avant le coup d'envoi pour guider la foule dans un moment de silence en l'honneur d'un groupe de piliers du Mini-Coupe Grey d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mike Coggins \u00e9tait un v\u00e9t\u00e9ran de la MRC depuis 22 ans et une partie int\u00e9grante du succ\u00e8s des Slackers \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90 et au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Parker. Coggins est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en avril 2022 \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 53 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n
