Les Services de bien-\u00eatre et moral des Forces canadiennes (SBMFC), en partenariat avec Jeunesse, J\u2019\u00e9coute, viennent de publier une nouvelle version du <\/span>Guide pour le travail aupr\u00e8s des enfants et des jeunes des familles des militaires.<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce guide propose des outils pratiques, fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, pour aider les personnes travaillant aupr\u00e8s des enfants et des jeunes de la communaut\u00e9 militaire \u00e0 mieux comprendre leur propre exp\u00e9rience et \u00e0 y faire face. Il s\u2019adresse aux professionnelles et professionnels et aux aidantes et aidants des centres de ressources pour les familles des militaires (CRFM), des \u00e9coles, des garderies et des organismes communautaires ainsi qu\u2019au sein des SBMFC.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Comprendre une exp\u00e9rience particuli\u00e8re<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les enfants et les jeunes des familles des militaires doivent faire face \u00e0 des d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements fr\u00e9quents, aux d\u00e9ploiements de leurs parents et \u00e0 des transitions constantes. Ces exp\u00e9riences peuvent renforcer leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation et leur r\u00e9silience, mais elles peuvent \u00e9galement compliquer les relations sociales, le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel et le parcours scolaire.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce guide actualis\u00e9 promeut la culture militaire en sensibilisant davantage \u00e0 la vie des familles des militaires et \u00e0 ses r\u00e9percussions sur les enfants et les jeunes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Des outils pratiques pour un accompagnement au quotidien<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le guide propose des strat\u00e9gies concr\u00e8tes pouvant \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre dans les interactions quotidiennes. Il met en avant des moyens d\u2019accompagner les enfants et les jeunes lors des transitions, de favoriser un sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de cr\u00e9er des environnements bienveillants o\u00f9 ils peuvent s\u2019\u00e9panouir.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette ressource aide les professionnelles et professionnels \u00e0 apporter un soutien coh\u00e9rent et \u00e9clair\u00e9, quel que soit le contexte.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sensibiliser les communaut\u00e9s au Canada et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le guide est diffus\u00e9 sur les plateformes des SBMFC et aupr\u00e8s de ses partenaires afin d\u2019\u00e9largir son acc\u00e8s ainsi que son adoption. On encourage le personnel des CRFM, les \u00e9ducatrices et \u00e9ducateurs ainsi que les prestataires de services \u00e0 adopter cette ressource.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il soutient \u00e9galement les communaut\u00e9s HORSCAN, o\u00f9 les familles peuvent \u00eatre confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s \u00e0 la distance, \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans de nouveaux environnements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Favoriser la sensibilisation et l\u2019adoption du Guide<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette initiative vise \u00e0 sensibiliser la communaut\u00e9 des sp\u00e9cialistes aux besoins des enfants et des jeunes des familles militaires et \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils qui favorisent leur bien-\u00eatre et leur d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En misant sur une compr\u00e9hension commune du mode de vie militaire, les communaut\u00e9s peuvent mieux soutenir les enfants et les jeunes de la communaut\u00e9 militaire et les aider \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9panouir partout dans le monde.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
