Le Standing NATO Maritime Group 1 (SNMG1) est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la ville de New York pour participer \u00e0 la Revue navale internationale (INR) 250 et \u00e0 la Semaine de la flotte \u00e0 New York du 2 au 8 juillet 2026.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Revue navale internationale rassemble les forces navales des pays Alli\u00e9s et partenaires \u00e0 une d\u00e9monstration de la coop\u00e9ration, de la capacit\u00e9 et de l'unit\u00e9 maritime \u00e0 haute visibilit\u00e9. La pr\u00e9sence du SNMG1 souligne la force du lien transatlantique et la capacit\u00e9 de l'OTAN \u00e0 op\u00e9rer collectivement avec des Alli\u00e9s et des Partenaires.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLa participation du Standing NATO Maritime Group 1 \u00e0 INR250 et la Semaine de la flotte \u00e0 New York refl\u00e8tent la fortitude et l\u2019unit\u00e9 des forces maritimes d\u2019OTAN,\u201d a dit la commodore de la Marine royale, Maryla Ingham, commandant de la SNMG1. \u201cNaviguant comme Groupe tactique des six navires multinationaux, nous d\u00e9montrons au quotidien que l\u2019avantage le plus grand de l\u2019Alliance est sa coh\u00e9sion, comme les nations travaillent ensemble sans discontinuit\u00e9 vers les valeurs et le secours partag\u00e9s. Engageant avec les partenaires et le public, souligne aussi notre engagement \u00e0 la transparence, la coop\u00e9ration et le lien transatlantique qui \u00e9taye l\u2019OTAN.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au pr\u00e9sent, le SNMG1 est compos\u00e9 de la fr\u00e9gate allemande FGS Sachsen (F219) comme vaisseau amiral, la fr\u00e9gate n\u00e9erlandaise HNLMS Van Amstel (F831) et le B\u00e2timent de soutien, HNLMS Den Helder (A834), la fr\u00e9gate norv\u00e9gienne HNoMS Fridtjof Nansen (F310), et la fr\u00e9gate turque Oru\u00e7reis (F245). Les grades du Groupe tactique grandiront bient\u00f4t plus pr\u00e8s de chez soi: le NCSM Ville de Qu\u00e9bec a navigu\u00e9 de Halifax le 15 juillet pour un d\u00e9ploiement de six mois avec le SNMG1 et est pr\u00e9vu pour rejoindre le groupe dans les semaines \u00e0 venir.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Marine royale canadienne a aussi une pr\u00e9sence directe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 New York avec le NCSM <\/span>St. John\u2019s<\/span><\/i> \u00e0 main pour la semaine de la flotte et pour INR 250 apr\u00e8s la participation du navire \u00e0 FLEETEX 250 conduit par les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La participation \u00e0 INR 250 fournit une occasion d\u2019engager avec le public, de fortifier les relations et de mettre en avant le professionnalisme et la pr\u00e9paration des forces multinationales maritimes. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a fait partie des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations du 205\u1d49 anniversaire de la Marine am\u00e9ricaine et souligne la coop\u00e9ration durant entre les Alli\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains et europ\u00e9ens.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
