La Marine royale canadienne (MRC) explore des moyens pratiques de d\u00e9tecter et d\u2019att\u00e9nuer ces menaces en milieu maritime.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/marine\/campagnes\/ucna.html?\" target=\"_self\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Unit\u00e9 des capacit\u00e9s navales avanc\u00e9es<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(UCNA) joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans cet effort. Elle assure les capacit\u00e9s essentielles de la MRC dans plusieurs domaines op\u00e9rationnels, dont:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">les syst\u00e8mes sans pilote;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">les op\u00e9rations d\u2019interdiction maritime;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">le renseignement, surveillance, acquisition d\u2019objectifs et reconnaissance (ISTAR);<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">les op\u00e9rations d\u2019embarcations tactiques.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En plus de la prestation de ces capacit\u00e9s, l\u2019UCNA se concentre \u00e9galement sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation op\u00e9rationnelle. Plut\u00f4t que de tester les syst\u00e8mes de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e, l\u2019UCNA \u00e9value la mani\u00e8re dont les nouveaux outils interagissent avec des personnes, des milieux et des contraintes op\u00e9rationnelles. L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas seulement de v\u00e9rifier si un syst\u00e8me fonctionne, mais de comprendre ce qu\u2019il peut et ne peut pas apporter une fois qu\u2019il est utilis\u00e9 par les marins. Le travail de l\u2019UCNA en mati\u00e8re de test et d\u2019\u00e9valuation des syst\u00e8mes contribue directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de l\u2019instruction, des tactiques, des techniques et des proc\u00e9dures (TTP) destin\u00e9es aux marins.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En mati\u00e8re d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation op\u00e9rationnelle, le Ltv Daniel Song, op\u00e9rateur tactique maritime au sein de l\u2019UCNA, l\u2019a exprim\u00e9 le mieux.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00ab Pensez \u00e0 nous comme l\u2019unit\u00e9 qui prend les nouvelles technologies et les associe \u00e0 des tactiques \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. Nous examinons comment les syst\u00e8mes se comportent r\u00e9ellement dans un contexte op\u00e9rationnel et nous fournissons une r\u00e9troaction sur leur pertinence. \u00bb<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nous l\u2019avons constat\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 la Base des Forces canadiennes (BFC) Halifax, o\u00f9 l\u2019UCNA a men\u00e9 un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mcas-proxyweb.mcas.ms\/certificate-checker?login=false&amp;originalUrl=httpscan01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com.mcas.msGetUrlReputationMcasTsid15600&amp;McasCSRF=47cf09d48007bc34cbf281eb1f0ef07ed78b16cfe73b4eef55dae2f241149162\" target=\"_self\"><span data-contrast=\"none\"> exercice d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019Orion H10<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, un syst\u00e8me portable et directionnel anti-UAS con\u00e7u pour perturber le fonctionnement des petits drones. Au cours de cette activit\u00e9, des op\u00e9rateurs tactiques maritimes ont pilot\u00e9 des drones offerts sur le march\u00e9 tandis que des \u00e9quipes anti-UAS utilisaient de l\u2019\u00e9quipement de d\u00e9tection et de brouillage pour observer en temps r\u00e9el l\u2019interaction des syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Cette d\u00e9monstration a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019une op\u00e9ration plus vaste de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la base, qui permet aux hauts dirigeants et aux op\u00e9rateurs tactiques maritimes de constater par eux-m\u00eames comment les syst\u00e8mes anti-UAS fonctionnent en dehors d\u2019un milieu contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00ab L\u2019objectif n\u2019\u00e9tait pas de prouver que nous disposions d\u2019une solution parfaite, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Ltv Song. Il s\u2019agissait de voir ce qui se passe r\u00e9ellement lorsque l\u2019on met ces syst\u00e8mes en service : ce qui fonctionne, o\u00f9 se situent les limites et quelles hypoth\u00e8ses doivent \u00eatre test\u00e9es. \u00bb<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Les syst\u00e8mes anti-UAS sont rarement infaillibles. Les conditions environnementales, les interventions des op\u00e9rateurs et la conception des drones influent toutes sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, et les lacunes apparaissent souvent lors d\u2019exercices et de d\u00e9monstrations.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u00ab Aucun syst\u00e8me ne fonctionne tout le temps, explique le Ltv Song. M\u00eame les solutions anti-UAS tr\u00e8s performantes ne sont efficaces que de temps en temps. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation pratique est si importante. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Cette approche permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re naturelle les capacit\u00e9s anti-UAS dans les op\u00e9rations des navires, tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant, si n\u00e9cessaire, de la surveillance et de l\u2019expertise de sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Alors que des syst\u00e8mes comme l\u2019Orion continuent d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans toute la flotte, le Ltv Song explique que le d\u00e9fi global anti-UAS reste en constante \u00e9volution. Tant la technologie des drones que les techniques utilis\u00e9es pour les exploiter et les vaincre continuent d\u2019\u00e9voluer rapidement.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u00ab C\u2019est un jeu du chat et la souris permanent, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. On met au point une m\u00e9thode pour contrer une approche, et quelque chose de nouveau \u00e9merge en r\u00e9ponse. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Voil\u00e0 pourquoi des syst\u00e8mes tels que l\u2019Orion H10 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des points de d\u00e9part plut\u00f4t que comme des solutions finales.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">La technologie des drones \u00e9volue au rythme des jours et des semaines, et non des ann\u00e9es, et les efforts anti-UAS \u00e9voluent en cons\u00e9quence, et s\u2019efforce souvent de suivre le rythme de ces avanc\u00e9es rapides.
