Le M1 Paradis a navigu\u00e9 pendant 10\u202fans, notamment lors de d\u00e9ploiements avec l\u2019OTAN et de participations \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9ration CARRIBE. Selon lui, le fait d\u2019\u00eatre un man\u0153uvrier offrait des occasions incroyables aux marins ouverts \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences vari\u00e9es en mer et \u00e0 des r\u00f4les de leadership.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le M1 Paradis dirige actuellement un projet pilote au nom du Groupe de l\u2019instruction de la Marine visant \u00e0 augmenter la disponibilit\u00e9 de la formation professionnelle des man\u0153uvriers, qui n\u2019\u00e9tait jusqu\u2019ici offerte qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole navale (Pacifique) et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole navale (Atlantique).<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">L\u2019objectif du projet est d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019instruction en s\u2019attaquant \u00e0 l\u2019importante accumulation de recrues navales en attente, tant pour les recrues de la Force de r\u00e9serve que de la Force r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, n\u00e9cessitant ce cours, en leur permettant d\u2019atteindre plus rapidement leur niveau professionnel de comp\u00e9tence (NPC), gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un plus grand choix d\u2019offres et de lieux de formation \u00e0 travers le pays.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de commandement du Groupe de l\u2019instruction de la Marine a rapidement reconnu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et les avantages de ce cours et a apport\u00e9 son plein appui \u00e0 cette initiative.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La formation de la qualification professionnelle des man\u0153uvriers dure 12\u202fsemaines et couvre les fonctions essentielles du m\u00e9tier, notamment\u202f:<\/span><span
