Les navires de l\u2019OTAN ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019exercice OPEN SPIRIT 2026, un majeur exercice international de contre-mesures de mine aux c\u00f4tes lettones. Les navires d'OTAN ont particip\u00e9 dans un exercice de contre-mesures de mine \u00e0 la c\u00f4te de la Lettonie le 1 \u00e0 13 May 2026. OPEN SPIRIT a uni des marines Alli\u00e9es et partenaire, a augment\u00e9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale, a fortifi\u00e9 interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et a r\u00e9duit la menace pos\u00e9e par les mines navales \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

L'exercice de cette ann\u00e9e s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en coordination avec l'exercice de la d\u00e9fense nationale su\u00e9doise, Aurora 26, liant la guerre de mine aux efforts plus large de la d\u00e9fense r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n

OPEN SPIRIT 2026 fait partie d'un long effort multinational \u00e0 la mer Baltique avec l'accent sur le vidage des munitions explosives h\u00e9rit\u00e9es des deux guerres mondiales, un des d\u00e9fis maritimes les plus durant de la r\u00e9gion. Contrairement \u00e0 plusieurs exercices, OPEN SPIRIT fournit un r\u00e9el effet op\u00e9rationnel. Chaque mine ou r\u00e9manent explosive localis\u00e9 et neutralis\u00e9 am\u00e9liore la s\u00fbret\u00e9 pour la navigation commerciale, la p\u00eache et les communaut\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n

OPEN SPIRIT 2026 a uni des navires de huit nations, neuf \u00e9quipes de plonge et cinq \u00e9quipes des v\u00e9hicules sous-marines dans un effort coordonn\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter et neutraliser des munitions hasardeuses au fond marin. En utilisant les syst\u00e8mes sous-marins, les forces participants ont dirig\u00e9 l'identification \u00e0 d\u00e9tail des objets suspects et se sont d\u00e9barrass\u00e9s des mines confirm\u00e9es et les munitions non explos\u00e9es, fournissant une contribution directe et durant \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 maritime \u00e0 la met Baltique.<\/p>\n

Cette activit\u00e9 fortifie la coop\u00e9ration internationale et augmente les tactiques d'interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 puis les processus des mesures contre-mines de vaisseaux, des \u00e9quipes de plonge et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments commandant.<\/p>\n

OPEN SPIRIT se relaye annuellement entre les pays Baltiques, unissant les forces multinationales pour op\u00e9rer sans discontinuit\u00e9 en soutien des partag\u00e9s objectifs de secours \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9gion Baltique, en renfor\u00e7ant la responsabilit\u00e9 et la coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n

Presque 400 personnes militaires ont particip\u00e9 dans l'exercice, avec les vaisseaux navals internationaux, incluant le Groupe permanent de lutte contre les mines de l'OTAN 1 (SNMCMG1) dirig\u00e9 par le fleuron polonais, l'ORP Kontradmiral Xawery Czernicki.<\/p>\n

Le commandant SNMCMG1, Commandant Kacper Sterne de la Marine polonaise a dit:<\/p>\n

\u201cOPEN SPIRIT a fourni une occasion id\u00e9ale pour augmenter les capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9tection de contrecarrer les mines des conflits au pass\u00e9, en permettant aussi les forces \u00e0 tra\u00eener la cha\u00eene de frappe compl\u00e8te de MCM, en maintenant un haut niveau de pr\u00e9paration op\u00e9rationnelle SNMCMG1.\u201d<\/p>\n

SNMCMG1 est un des quatre permanents groupes maritimes d'OTAN, fournissant une pr\u00e9sence continuant maritime et la pr\u00e9paration du temps de paix, de crise et de conflit.
