Ouverture des candidatures pour le Programme Femmes dans le sport des FAC<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Par l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Trident<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les candidatures sont d\u00e9sormais ouvertes pour le cycle 2026\/2027 du Programme Femmes dans le sport des FAC, une initiative visant \u00e0 favoriser une plus grande participation et \u00e0 offrir davantage d'opportunit\u00e9s de leadership aux femmes dans le domaine sportif au sein des FAC.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le programme octroie des fonds aux bases et aux escadres afin de les aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des possibilit\u00e9s sportives locales pour les athl\u00e8tes, les entra\u00eeneurs, les officiels et les participantes. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 000 $ de financement sont disponibles chaque ann\u00e9e par base ou escadre pour soutenir des programmes et des initiatives qui encouragent le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019engagement \u00e0 long terme dans le sport.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ces fonds peuvent servir \u00e0 soutenir un large \u00e9ventail de programmes et d\u2019initiatives locaux visant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la participation des femmes au sport, notamment la location d\u2019installations, des stages d\u2019initiation et des ateliers, des ligues intra-muros r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux femmes, ainsi que des s\u00e9ances d\u2019enseignement ou d\u2019entra\u00eenement organis\u00e9es par la communaut\u00e9. Les initiatives pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment soutenues par le Programme Femmes dans le sport des FAC comprenaient des cours de golf, des s\u00e9ances d\u2019initiation \u00e0 la musculation, des programmes de natation, des entra\u00eenements de course \u00e0 pied et de triathlon, des stages de hockey et de patinage de vitesse, ainsi que des ateliers d\u2019arbitrage con\u00e7us pour initier les participantes \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les dans le sport. Des achats d\u2019\u00e9quipement limit\u00e9s \u2014 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500 $ par base ou escadre, sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019approbation \u2014 peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre financ\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019ils sont directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 une initiative approuv\u00e9e.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les militaires ayant des id\u00e9es de programmes sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 postuler de leur propre initiative ou par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un membre du personnel local du PSP charg\u00e9 du conditionnement physique et des sports. Toutes les demandes seront transmises par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un responsable du conditionnement physique, des sports et des loisirs du PSP ou d\u2019un coordonnateur des sports d\u00e9sign\u00e9, qui pourra \u00e9galement aider les militaires dans le processus de candidature et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de leurs id\u00e9es de programmes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les candidatures pour le cycle de financement 2026\/2027 sont d\u00e9sormais ouvertes ; la date limite de d\u00e9p\u00f4t des dossiers est fix\u00e9e au 27 f\u00e9vrier 2027. Le programme soutient des activit\u00e9s se d\u00e9roulant tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e, mais toutes les initiatives approuv\u00e9es pour 2026\/2027 devront \u00eatre achev\u00e9es au plus tard le 31 mars 2027.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
