Il convient de rappeler que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/ministere-defense-nationale\/services\/avantages-militaires\/conflits-inconduite\/conflits-harcelement\/conduite-haineuse\/comportements.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la conduite haineuse<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au sein de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense est incompatible avec notre \u00e9thique, nos valeurs et nos politiques. Que ce soit en personne ou en ligne, les conduites haineuses et pr\u00e9judiciables sont inacceptables, ont un impact n\u00e9gatif sur nos membres et peuvent, dans certaines circonstances, faire l\u2019objet de mesures administratives ou disciplinaires. Cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail s\u00fbr, \u00e9quitable et inclusif o\u00f9 chaque membre, militaire ou civil, se sent valoris\u00e9, respect\u00e9 et habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre pleinement son identit\u00e9 est un effort collectif. Et il reste encore beaucoup de travail \u00e0 faire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ma qualit\u00e9 de championne r\u00e9gionale du Groupe consultatif des personnes racis\u00e9es de la D\u00e9fense (GCPRD), je suis heureuse de partager les informations et ressources suivantes que vous pouvez utiliser pour vous sensibiliser davantage \u00e0 la discrimination raciale et aux moyens de la combattre, tout en encourageant une participation active aux activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation et aux groupes consultatifs de la D\u00e9fense qui soutiennent l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion (EEDI) ici \u00e0 la BFC Halifax et au-del\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ressources pour lutter contre la discrimination<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Participez \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La participation \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019EEDI contribue \u00e0 mieux faire conna\u00eetre la diversit\u00e9 des cultures, des exp\u00e9riences et des points de vue. La discussion portera sur la compr\u00e9hension du racisme en examinant l'islamophobie et l'antis\u00e9mitisme comme des formes sp\u00e9cifiques de discrimination raciale, afin de favoriser des environnements plus s\u00fbrs et plus inclusifs pour les membres racis\u00e9s au sein de la Formation, tout en renfor\u00e7ant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la strat\u00e9gie antiraciste du Canada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Rejoignez un groupe consultatif r\u00e9gional de la D\u00e9fense. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe cinq groupes consultatifs r\u00e9gionaux de la D\u00e9fense (GCRD) \u2013 le Groupe consultatif des personnes racis\u00e9es de la D\u00e9fense, l\u2019Organisation consultative de la Fiert\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense de l\u2019Atlantique, le Groupe consultatif des autochtones de la D\u00e9fense de l\u2019Atlantique, le Groupe consultatif de la D\u00e9fense pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es et l\u2019Organisation consultative des femmes de la D\u00e9fense \u2013 qui soutiennent les dirigeants locaux sur les points pertinents pour les membres des groupes d\u00e9sign\u00e9s et qui favorisent l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi au sein de l\u2019ensemble du personnel.
