Dans un monde en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9volution, l\u2019initiative Le Canada sans faille des FAC demeure une constante<\/h3>\n

Au fil des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) ont navigu\u00e9 \u00e0 travers un paysage mondial en \u00e9volution rapide marqu\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19, une instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique croissante et des p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au pays. Ces d\u00e9fis ont test\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et le recrutement. Cependant, pour y r\u00e9pondre, les FAC se sont fond\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9silience et la r\u00e9forme. Aujourd\u2019hui, on aborde activement les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipement et \u00e0 la maintenance, et le recrutement rebondit \u2013 \u00e0 tel point que l\u2019enr\u00f4lement au sein de la Force r\u00e9guli\u00e8re durant l\u2019exercice de 2024\u20132025 a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les cibles annuelles et atteint son niveau le plus haut en dix ans.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense a lanc\u00e9 Le Canada sans faille en juin 2018, alors qu\u2019un groupe de repr\u00e9sentants des provinces et des territoires du Canada se r\u00e9unissait dans le cadre d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence tenue par le MDN et les FAC au Coll\u00e8ge des Forces canadiennes de Toronto. Leur mission : collaborer avec des partenaires f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, provinciaux et du secteur priv\u00e9 dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la coordination de services dans l\u2019ensemble des provinces et des territoires, all\u00e9geant ainsi le fardeau de la r\u00e9installation qui p\u00e8se sur les membres des FAC et leurs familles. On a aussi \u00e9tabli un lien entre l\u2019initiative et les<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>A link was also formed with the\u00a0<\/span>Services de bien-\u00eatre et moral des Forces canadiennes (SBMFC)<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Depuis, cette initiative progresse continuellement. Le <\/span>Comit\u00e9 directeur de Canada sans faille<\/span><\/a>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur pied en 2021 et son mandat a \u00e9t\u00e9 ratifi\u00e9 en 2022. Cela a renforc\u00e9 plus encore l'engagement commun \u00e0 faciliter la r\u00e9installation des membres des FAC \net de leurs familles.<\/p>\n

Sherry Romanado, secr\u00e9taire parlementaire du ministre de la D\u00e9fense nationale est la nouvelle copr\u00e9sidente f\u00e9d\u00e9rale du Comit\u00e9 directeur de Canada sans faille. Elle apporte \u00e0 la fois son d\u00e9vouement professionnel et sa perspective personnelle :<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab Je suis honor\u00e9e de remplir le r\u00f4le de copr\u00e9sidente du Comit\u00e9 directeur de Canada sans faille. Je suis aussi fi\u00e8re d\u2019illustrer le lien qu\u2019entretient ma famille avec la vie militaire, et je reconnais les sacrifices que les familles des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes consentent quotidiennement. Puisque mes deux enfants et ma belle-fille servent au sein des FAC, je comprends bien la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des familles de militaires et les d\u00e9fis avec lesquels elles composent tout en servant notre pays. Je me r\u00e9jouis \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de collaborer avec mes partenaires provinciaux et territoriaux au moment o\u00f9 nous nous unissons pour produire des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 l\u2019intention des familles de militaires. \u00bb<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab C\u2019est un immense honneur d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019actuelle copr\u00e9sidente du Comit\u00e9 directeur de Canada sans faille. Les membres des FAC et leurs familles consacrent tant d\u2019efforts pour nous. Il est donc primordial pour nous de veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils vivent un processus de r\u00e9installation plus harmonieux. La Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse demeure enthousiaste \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de travailler avec ses homologues f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, provinciaux et territoriaux en vue d\u2019\u00e9liminer les probl\u00e8mes et les obstacles auxquels font face les militaires sur le plan de la garde d\u2019enfants, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des jeunes, de l\u2019emploi des conjoints ou conjointes et des partenaires, du logement et de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9, entre autres. \u00bb<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les familles de militaires sont les experts de leurs propres exp\u00e9riences de r\u00e9installation. C\u2019est pourquoi nous les encourageons \u00e0 remplir les\u00a0<\/span>formulaires de r\u00e9troaction <\/span><\/a>\u00a0portant sur des sujets pertinents ax\u00e9s sur leur exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re d\u2019affectation et de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement, tels que la garde d\u2019enfants, l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants et des jeunes, les soins de sant\u00e9 et l\u2019emploi des conjoints et conjointes. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les prochaines conf\u00e9rence et table ronde virtuelles semestrielles du Comit\u00e9 directeur de Canada sans faille auront lieu le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2025. Les membres du comit\u00e9 provenant de partout au Canada se r\u00e9uniront afin de trouver des moyens d'am\u00e9liorer les services offerts aux membres des FAC et \u00e0 leur famille lorsqu'ils d\u00e9m\u00e9nagent dans une autre province ou un autre territoire.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
