Cette nouvelle page Web regroupe tous les services aux occupants offerts par l\u2019Agence en un seul endroit pratique, lui permettant une prestation de services de logement plus efficace et simplifi\u00e9e aux membres des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) et \u00e0 leur famille. <\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le Portail est un guichet unique destin\u00e9 aux occupants des logements r\u00e9sidentiels, qui leur permet de trouver plus facilement les informations et les services dont ils ont besoin. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre intuitif, accessible et ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. Que ce soit pour pr\u00e9senter une demande de logement militaire ou faire une demande d\u2019entretien, le nouveau format ainsi que le contenu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour guider les occupants \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de leur parcours de logement. Comme le pr\u00e9cise Stephen Jubinville, gestionnaire du programme de service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019ALFC :<\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00ab Nous avons \u00e9cout\u00e9 les occupants et compris qu\u2019ils souhaitaient acc\u00e9der diff\u00e9remment aux services li\u00e9s au logement. L\u2019utilisation du site Web a diminu\u00e9 au fil du temps, mais les occupants ont manifest\u00e9 un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat pour un portail en ligne d\u00e9di\u00e9. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux souhaitent g\u00e9rer leurs besoins en mati\u00e8re de logement en ligne, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de mettre \u00e0 jour leurs coordonn\u00e9es ou de faire des demandes de service. R\u00e9sultat : une page Web qui permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der facilement aux outils, aux formulaires et aux ressources pour soutenir les utilisateurs \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du processus de logement. Jubinville mentionne \u00e9galement que ces efforts s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre du Plan de campagne num\u00e9rique des FAC et appuient la vision globale du gouvernement du Canada. \u00ab\u202fL\u2019ALFC est fi\u00e8re de participer \u00e0 cet essor et de travailler \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de services enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique d\u2019ici 2030.
