Le 17 juillet, une activit\u00e9 d\u2019inauguration des travaux a eu lieu \u00e0 Shearwater pour souligner le d\u00e9but d\u2019un projet de r\u00e9seau de panneaux solaires, qui s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du march\u00e9 de services \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques plus vaste en cours \u00e0 la Base des Forces canadiennes (BFC) Halifax. Des repr\u00e9sentants de la BFC Halifax, de la 12e Escadre Shearwater, de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations immobili\u00e8res (Atlantique) \u2013 Section d\u2019Halifax et de Construction de D\u00e9fense Canada se sont joints aux entrepreneurs du projet pour souligner l\u2019occasion.

Par l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Trident\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Un terrain vague situ\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de l\u2019angle de l\u2019avenue Warrior et de la rue Bonaventure, \u00e0 la 12e Escadre Shearwater, accueillera bient\u00f4t un projet de panneaux solaires qui contribuera \u00e0 alimenter les installations et les op\u00e9rations de l\u2019Escadre.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019inauguration a eu lieu le 17 juillet pour marquer le d\u00e9but de la construction d\u2019un syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque (PV) solaire au sol \u00e0 Shearwater, dans le cadre du contrat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (EPC) en cours, qui entra\u00eene des changements et des am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 la Base des Forces canadiennes (BFC) Halifax.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Une fois termin\u00e9, le parc solaire devrait produire pr\u00e8s d\u2019un million de kilowattheures d\u2019\u00e9nergie propre chaque ann\u00e9e pour la base, ce qui permettra de compenser l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 commerciale achet\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau public. Le projet comprend l\u2019installation de panneaux, d\u2019onduleurs et de convertisseurs, ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019acquisition de donn\u00e9es permettant de surveiller facilement et en continu l\u2019\u00e9nergie produite.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les dirigeants de la BFC Halifax et \nde la 12e Escadre \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la \nc\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019inauguration, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de \nrepr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations \nimmobili\u00e8res (Atlantique), de l\u2019entrepre\nneurs du projet et de Construction de \nD\u00e9fense Canada. Le contrat EPC vise \nune r\u00e9duction annuelle de 24 % des \n\u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre \u00e0 la BFC \nHalifax et \u00e0 la 12e Escadre Shearwa-ter \nune fois les travaux termin\u00e9s.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
