Cette m\u00e9thode permet \u00e0 l\u2019Agence d\u2019adapter ses solutions de logement pour mieux soutenir les diverses structures familiales et les modes de vie dynamiques des militaires. En anticipant ces changements, l\u2019ALFC peut s\u2019assurer que l\u2019offre de logements correspond \u00e0 la demande et r\u00e9pond aux besoins actuels et futurs des membres des FAC.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Un montant suppl\u00e9mentaire de 1,4\u202fmilliard de dollars a \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction de 1 400 unit\u00e9s de logement r\u00e9sidentiel (ULR) et la r\u00e9novation de 2 500 ULR \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle canadienne. Ces fonds, fournis dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative Notre Nord, fort et libre\u202f: Une vision renouvel\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9fense du Canada et le budget de 2024, ont permis \u00e0 l\u2019ALFC d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la conception et la construction de 824 ULR d\u2019ici 2029-2030, tandis que les prochaines phases de construction sont en cours de planification et seront divulgu\u00e9es d\u00e8s que possible. Aux 668 logements annonc\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, 124 seront ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 Esquimalt et 32 \u00e0 Trenton. L'augmentation du nombre d'unit\u00e9s construites dans le cadre du premier volet du programme de construction du Plan d\u2019immobilisations du portefeuille r\u00e9sidentiel (PIPR) a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des plans et des conceptions novatrices \u00e9labor\u00e9es en collaboration avec nos partenaires tels que Construction de D\u00e9fense Canada.<\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">L\u2019Agence poursuit \u00e9galement d\u2019autres strat\u00e9gies d\u2019acquisition. Ces strat\u00e9gies comprennent l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de partenariats avec le secteur priv\u00e9 au moyen de baux, d\u2019ententes de service et d\u2019autres solutions, ainsi que le soutien d\u2019initiatives f\u00e9d\u00e9rales plus vastes en mati\u00e8re de logement visant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la disponibilit\u00e9 du logement pour les membres des FAC et Canadiens en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. La hausse de l\u2019offre de logements dans les bases aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du personnel militaire tout en r\u00e9duisant la demande de logements dans les collectivit\u00e9s
