C\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la Semaine de l\u2019environnement 2025<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Conserver et prot\u00e9ger notre environnement avec les FMAR(A)<\/i><\/p>\n

Co\u00efncidant avec la Journ\u00e9e mondiale de l\u2019environnement, qui a lieu chaque ann\u00e9e le 5 juin, la Semaine canadienne de l\u2019environnement contribue \u00e0 sensibiliser le public aux enjeux environnementaux qui touchent les Canadiens, tant au pays qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Elle c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e9galement la Journ\u00e9e de l\u2019air pur (le premier mercredi de juin) et la Journ\u00e9e mondiale des oc\u00e9ans (le 8 juin), pour nous rappeler de prendre soin des aspects visibles et invisibles de notre environnement.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e, la section S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et environnement des Forces maritimes de l\u2019Atlantique (FMAR(A)) a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la conservation et de la protection de notre environnement en proposant des moyens concrets de pr\u00e9server la beaut\u00e9 naturelle du Canada, aujourd\u2019hui et pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. Des courriels quotidiens ont offert diverses suggestions sur la fa\u00e7on dont les membres de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense peuvent avoir un impact positif sur l\u2019environnement, tout en profitant des richesses que notre pays a \u00e0 offrir.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Avant la Semaine de l\u2019environnement, les membres du minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense nationale (MDN) et des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 un concours photo sur la nature organis\u00e9 par la section S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et environnement des FMAR(A). L\u2019activit\u00e9 encourageait les participants \u00e0 partager des photos illustrant la beaut\u00e9 du Canada ou d\u2019autres endroits dans le monde. Une photo soumise a \u00e9t\u00e9 incluse dans chacun de nos courriels quotidiens, et trois photos ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans le courriel final de la semaine. Ces clich\u00e9s, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s au hasard, ont chacun permis \u00e0 leur auteur de recevoir une lanterne solaire gonflable offerte dans le cadre du contrat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la Base des Forces canadiennes (BFC) Halifax, afin de promouvoir l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une \u00e9nergie propre et renouvelable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Du 3 au 5 juin, le personnel de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et environnement des FMAR(A) s\u2019est rendu \u00e0 divers emplacements de la BFC Halifax, installant des kiosques au parc Windsor, \u00e0 Stadacona et \u00e0 l\u2019Arsenal canadien de Sa Majest\u00e9 afin d\u2019\u00e9changer avec les membres de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense sur divers sujets, notamment les esp\u00e8ces en p\u00e9ril pr\u00e9sentes sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des FMAR(A), les projets mis en \u0153uvre dans le cadre du contrat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la BFC Halifax, ainsi que les efforts du MDN et de la Marine royale canadienne pour respecter les politiques et lois environnementales. Un grand merci aux membres de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense qui ont eu \u00e0 c\u0153ur de partager leurs propres histoires sur les gestes qu\u2019ils posent, avec leurs familles, pour aider l\u2019environnement.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et environnement des FMAR(A) a \u00e9galement distribu\u00e9 tout au long de la semaine des produits r\u00e9utilisables et durables, tels que des couverts en bambou, des sacs isothermes et des sacs fourre-tout. Ces articles permettent non seulement de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets plastiques \u00e0 usage unique, mais aussi de promouvoir une culture de durabilit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bien que la Semaine de l\u2019environnement soit termin\u00e9e, notre engagement envers la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale se poursuit. Chaque membre de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense peut contribuer \u00e0 la conservation et \u00e0 la protection de notre environnement. Des gestes simples, comme r\u00e9duire sa consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s locales de nettoyage ou soutenir des projets d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable, peuvent faire une r\u00e9elle diff\u00e9rence.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
