Voici quelques-unes des fa\u00e7ons dont vous pouvez participer \u00e0 ces efforts, aujourd\u2019hui et tous les jours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mesures et ressources locales<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un groupe consultatif de la D\u00e9fense (GCD) r\u00e9gional. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe cinq GCD, notamment le GCPRD, le Groupe consultatif des Autochtones de la D\u00e9fense de l\u2019Atlantique, l\u2019Organisation consultative de la fiert\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense de l\u2019Atlantique, le Groupe consultatif de la D\u00e9fense pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es et l\u2019Organisation consultative des femmes de la D\u00e9fense. Le r\u00f4le des GCD est de prodiguer des conseils et des id\u00e9es aux dirigeants locaux du minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense nationale (MDN) et des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) au sujet de questions qui concernent les membres des groupes d\u00e9sign\u00e9s et qui touchent la mise en \u0153uvre efficace des mesures d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi. Les GCD sont des groupes dirig\u00e9s par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles compos\u00e9s d\u2019un champion (haute direction), de deux copr\u00e9sidents (militaire et civil) et de membres militaires et civils de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense. Vous n\u2019avez pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un GCD en particulier pour \u00eatre un membre actif. Tous les membres de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 devenir membres avec l\u2019autorisation de leur superviseur ou de la cha\u00eene de commandement. L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 un ou plusieurs GCD r\u00e9gionaux est un excellent moyen d\u2019approfondir vos connaissances sur les questions d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion qui ont une incidence sur notre effectif. Elle est situ\u00e9e sur la Base des Forces canadiennes (BFC) Halifax (Stadacona, b\u00e2timent S80). Fond\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re par l\u2019infirmi\u00e8re praticienne Verena Rizg, la nouvelle clinique offre des soins de sant\u00e9 de grande qualit\u00e9 et respectueux de la culture, con\u00e7us pour les PANDC. L\u2019objectif de la clinique est de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de prendre en compte les exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues par les PANDC et les autres membres des FAC racis\u00e9s, et d\u2019offrir des services allant au-del\u00e0 des soins de sant\u00e9 personnels (notamment des consultations sur les traumatismes raciaux, des formations sur les questions raciales pour les fournisseurs de soins de sant\u00e9 et la mise en relation des membres des FAC avec des organisations locales susceptibles de leur apporter un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire). Pour obtenir plus de renseignements ou pour prendre rendez-vous, composez le 902-721-8890.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s locales sur la base.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s comm\u00e9moratives li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion permet de sensibiliser les personnes \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des cultures, des exp\u00e9riences et des perspectives qui existent parmi les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la D\u00e9fense et au sein des communaut\u00e9s locales et internationales. \u00c0 noter, le Groupe consultatif des personnes racis\u00e9es de la D\u00e9fense (GCPRD) des FMAR(A) invite tous les membres de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense locale \u00e0 participer \u00e0 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/678736454636474\">activit\u00e9 sp\u00e9ciale de la JIEDR, le mercredi 26 mars.<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mesures et ressources nationales<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Reconna\u00eetre les injustices.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, la Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale a approuv\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.classaction.deloitte.ca\/fr-CA\/caf-racism-class-action\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019entente de r\u00e8glement d\u00e9finitive dans le recours collectif pour racisme syst\u00e9mique des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cette entente concerne les membres actuels et anciens des FAC qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de discrimination raciale ou de harc\u00e8lement racial dans le cadre du service militaire.
