Je ne suis pas un grand fan des \u00e9preuves. Qu'il s'agisse d'une difficult\u00e9 dans une relation, d'un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, d'une perte ou simplement de ne pas arriver \u00e0 mes fins, je peux \u00eatre un peu mauviette. La v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c'est que l'inconfort n'est pas agr\u00e9able. Personne n'aime la douleur.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais l'adversit\u00e9 a ses avantages. Oui, les choses difficiles peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9prouvantes, mais difficile ne veut pas toujours dire mauvais. Dans le feu de l'action, il est facile de perdre de vue ce fait.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mon \u00e9valuation FORCE approche \u00e0 grands pas. Apr\u00e8s un cong\u00e9 post-d\u00e9ploiement, une p\u00e9riode de f\u00eates s\u00e9dentaire et une escapade avec ma femme, o\u00f9 je n'ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi attentif \u00e0 ma sant\u00e9 physique que j'aurais d\u00fb l'\u00eatre, la salle de sport me semble difficile, voire douloureuse. J'ai eu du mal \u00e0 descendre les escaliers le lendemain d'une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement particuli\u00e8rement difficile. Ma famille plaisante de temps en temps sur ma d\u00e9marche de vieux, mais la douleur est synonyme de croissance, et la croissance est quelque chose dont nous avons tous besoin.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Comment consid\u00e9rez-vous les difficult\u00e9s ? Avez-vous du mal \u00e0 faire face aux \u00e9preuves, ou les consid\u00e9rez-vous comme une opportunit\u00e9 de croissance ? Un changement de perspective peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. La patience ne s'acquiert peut-\u00eatre pas en lisant \u00e0 ce sujet, mais en \u00e9tant coinc\u00e9 dans les embouteillages alors que vous \u00eates en retard \u00e0 un rendez-vous. La ma\u00eetrise de soi ne s'apprend pas seulement en discutant, mais aussi en \u00e9vitant le dessert d'un buffet. Il en va de m\u00eame pour le pardon, l'\u00e9thique, l'espoir et le respect.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ne vous laissez pas envahir par les conflits et les difficult\u00e9s. Consid\u00e9rez-les plut\u00f4t comme des occasions de devenir une meilleure personne. Et lorsque vous me croiserez en boitant dans le couloir, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me rappeler que la douleur peut \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
