{"id":14258,"date":"2025-02-23T14:00:35","date_gmt":"2025-02-23T18:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tridentnewspaper.com\/?p=14258"},"modified":"2025-02-23T19:09:35","modified_gmt":"2025-02-23T23:09:35","slug":"occupational-analysis-prepares-rcn-for-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tridentnewspaper.com\/fr\/occupational-analysis-prepares-rcn-for-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyse de professions en vue de pr\u00e9parer la MRC \u00e0 la flotte de l\u2019avenir"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mwstitle section\">\n<h3 id=\"wb-cont\" dir=\"ltr\">Analyse de professions en vue de pr\u00e9parer la MRC \u00e0 la flotte de l\u2019avenir<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mwsbodytext text parbase section\">\n<p><b>Par MRC<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mwsbodytext text parbase section\">\n<p>Dans le cadre des efforts de modernisation en cours, la Marine royale canadienne (MRC) prend des mesures importantes pour s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle est pr\u00eate \u00e0 accueillir la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de navires de guerre et de technologies, tout en conservant la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences op\u00e9rationnelles de sa flotte actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux navires de guerre, comme le destroyer de la classe FLEUVES ET RIVI\u00c8RES et l\u2019acquisition de syst\u00e8mes de combat Aegis, la MRC proc\u00e8de \u00e0 une analyse de professions (AP) pour s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle dispose du personnel comp\u00e9tent dans les r\u00f4les appropri\u00e9s pour exploiter cette technologie.<\/p>\n<p>Cette AP se concentre sur huit groupes op\u00e9rationnels de la Marine\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Officier\/offici\u00e8re de guerre navale (OGN)<\/li>\n<li>Officier\/offici\u00e8re du g\u00e9nie des syst\u00e8mes de combat maritime (OGSCM)<\/li>\n<li>Ing\u00e9nieur\/ing\u00e9nieure des syst\u00e8mes de marine (Ing SM)<\/li>\n<li>Technicien\/technicienne \u2013 G\u00e9nie des armes (TECH GA)<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e9rateur\/op\u00e9ratrice de d\u00e9tecteurs \u00e9lectroniques maritimes (OP DEM)<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e9rateur\/op\u00e9ratrice des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information et de communications maritimes (OP SICM)<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e9rateur\/op\u00e9ratrice de sonar (OP SONAR)<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00e9cialiste en communications navales (COMM N)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que cela signifie pour vous?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette analyse joueront un r\u00f4le crucial pour d\u00e9finir l\u2019avenir de la MRC, et ils auront une incidence sur tous les aspects, de la description de travail aux cheminements de carri\u00e8re. Les principaux secteurs d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de l\u2019AP sont les suivants\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9vision des descriptions de travail :<\/strong>\u00a0Les descriptions de travail doivent tenir compte des exigences technologiques et des besoins op\u00e9rationnels changeants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Actualisation des programmes d\u2019instruction\u202f:<\/strong>\u00a0Il faut s\u2019assurer que le personnel poss\u00e8de les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances requises pour utiliser le nouvel \u00e9quipement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptation du cheminement de carri\u00e8re\u202f:<\/strong>\u00a0Il faut offrir des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019avancement claires au personnel dans ces groupes professionnels essentiels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi est-ce n\u00e9cessaire?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mise en place de technologies novatrices, comme Aegis, et l\u2019environnement op\u00e9rationnel changeant n\u00e9cessitent que l\u2019on revoie notre fa\u00e7on d\u2019organiser et d\u2019employer notre personnel et d\u2019exploiter au mieux les capacit\u00e9s de notre flotte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019AP organisera des consultations avec des intervenants ainsi que des groupes de discussion sur les deux c\u00f4tes et dans les divisions de la R\u00e9serve navale. Un expos\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision concernant les conclusions de l\u2019AP et les options li\u00e9es aux groupes professionnels aura lieu en d\u00e9cembre, et la transition progressive vers la nouvelle
