Le Centre de ressources pour les familles des militaires d\u2019Halifax et r\u00e9gions (CRFM H et R) travaille sans rel\u00e2che pour offrir aux familles des militaires des programmes et des services efficaces. L'une des meilleures fa\u00e7ons de s'informer \u00e0 leur sujet est d'assister \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance d'information !\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Lors d'une s\u00e9ance d'information, nous fournissons des d\u00e9tails sur le CRFM H et R, les types de programmes et de services offerts et, plus important encore, la fa\u00e7on dont les gens peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ces services. Par exemple, saviez-vous que nous avons une banque alimentaire ? Ou que nous offrons des services de garde occasionnelle et de r\u00e9pit du mardi au vendredi et une fin de semaine sur deux ? Ce sont les types de services chaleureux que nous offrons et qui peuvent faire une r\u00e9elle diff\u00e9rence dans la vie quotidienne des membres de votre unit\u00e9 et de leurs familles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous entendons souvent des familles en difficult\u00e9 qui cherchent du soutien nous dire qu'elles auraient aim\u00e9 le savoir plus t\u00f4t. Les s\u00e9ances d'information sont un moyen essentiel pour notre \u00e9quipe de partager la fa\u00e7on dont nous soutenons les familles pendant les absences, les transitions et les d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements. \u00bb - Kara MacNeil, directrice de l'apprentissage, de l'engagement et de l'\u00e9valuation du CRFM H et R<\/p>\n

\u00ab Chaque unit\u00e9 et chaque m\u00e9tier sont uniques, tout comme les besoins en mati\u00e8re de services qui ont une incidence sur nos membres et leurs proches. Participer en tant qu'unit\u00e9 aux s\u00e9ances d'information annuelles offertes par l'incroyable personnel du CRFM est un moyen tangible de mieux nous soutenir mutuellement en permettant aux membres de conna\u00eetre les ressources disponibles. C'est \u00e9galement une bonne occasion de faire part au CRFM des besoins en constante \u00e9volution de nos membres et des soutiens qu'ils souhaitent obtenir. Le personnel du CRFM propose un large \u00e9ventail de pr\u00e9sentations et de sujets int\u00e9ressants lors de ses s\u00e9ances d'information, et en faisant participer les repr\u00e9sentants des familles des militaires, il adapte les s\u00e9ances d'information aux besoins de votre unit\u00e9. Vous manquez de temps ? Ce n'est pas grave, nous sommes flexibles ! Les briefings durent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 30 minutes et sont suivis d'une s\u00e9ance de questions-r\u00e9ponses, mais nous pouvons les adapter au calendrier et aux d\u00e9lais d'une unit\u00e9 ou d'une organisation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous encourageons les unit\u00e9s\/organisations \u00e0 r\u00e9server les demandes de briefing en nous pr\u00e9venant le plus t\u00f4t possible afin que nous puissions r\u00e9server la date et l'heure. Un membre du personnel du CRFM H&R se rendra directement dans votre unit\u00e9 pour organiser ces briefings ou les dispenser virtuellement, selon votre demande. Nous nous d\u00e9pla\u00e7ons \u00e9galement en dehors de la municipalit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale d'Halifax et sommes disponibles pour soutenir les unit\u00e9s de r\u00e9serve les soirs et les week-ends. Les briefings peuvent \u00eatre dispens\u00e9s \u00e0 un public nombreux ou restreint.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous encourageons les unit\u00e9s \u00e0 demander un briefing \u00e0 leur CRFM local. Nous serions \u00e9galement ravis de vous accueillir !
