Le sous-marin canadien de Sa Majest\u00e9 (NCSM) Windsor a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un changement de nomination le 23 janvier. La premier ma\u00eetre de 2e classe Trish Inglis a pris le poste de capitaine d'armes.<\/p>\n

Outre l'importance d'accueillir un nouveau membre au sein de l'\u00e9quipe de commandement du sous-marin, le Windsor a \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 un moment important pour la Force des sous-marine canadiens, la PM 2 Inglis \u00e9tant la premi\u00e8re femme \u00e0 occuper le poste de capitaine d'armes d'un sous-marin de la Marine royale canadienne.<\/p>\n

\u00ab \u00catre nomm\u00e9 capitaine d'armes de sous-marin est une immense responsabilit\u00e9. En tant que premi\u00e8re femme capitaine d'armes sous-marin dans les Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes, il s'agit \u00e9galement d'une \u00e9tape importante qui, je l'esp\u00e8re, inspirera les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur plein potentiel et \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 franchir des obstacles \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la PM 2 Inglis.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Elle succ\u00e8de au PM 2 George Smith, qui a pass\u00e9 deux ans en tant que militaire du rang le plus ancien \u00e0 bord du NCSM Windsor.
