Il est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un incident survenu lors d\u2019une op\u00e9ration \u00e0 bord d\u2019une petite embarcation dans le bassin de Bedford.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le M 2 Applin s\u2019est enr\u00f4l\u00e9 dans la MRC en 2005 et a navigu\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 500 jours \u00e0 bord de navires CSM au cours de ses 19 ann\u00e9es de service. Il a r\u00e9cemment particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9ploiement dans la r\u00e9gion indo-pacifique en 2024 \u00e0 bord du NCSM Montr\u00e9al dans le cadre de l\u2019op\u00e9ration HORIZON. Il a \u00e9galement servi \u00e0 bord de navires CSM Halifax et Toronto dans le cadre d\u2019op\u00e9rations et d\u2019exercices dans le monde entier, et a occup\u00e9 un poste d\u2019instructeur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole navale (Atlantique).<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le M 2 Applin laisse dans le deuil une famille aimante, ainsi que de nombreux amis et coll\u00e8gues.
