Dans un monde marqu\u00e9 par la complexit\u00e9 et l'impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9, le minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense nationale (MDN) et les Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) s'appuient sur l'expertise des professionnels et des universitaires des secteurs de la d\u00e9fense et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour relever les nouveaux d\u00e9fis et s'adapter \u00e0 des circonstances en constante \u00e9volution. C'est l\u00e0 qu'intervient le Bureau de l\u2019engagement des partenaires strat\u00e9giques (BEPS), qui constitue une plateforme unique permettant aux experts, aux universitaires et aux leaders d'opinion de tout le Canada de se connecter, de communiquer et de collaborer sur les questions de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le BEPS op\u00e8re par le biais de trois bureaux r\u00e9gionaux \u00e0 travers le Canada, avec son quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral national \u00e0 Ottawa. En informant les Canadiens sur le r\u00f4le, le personnel et la mission de la FAC, ces bureaux visent \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner les perceptions et \u00e0 favoriser une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des op\u00e9rations militaires et de d\u00e9fense du pays. L'objectif est de transformer les impressions n\u00e9gatives ou neutres en un soutien \u00e9clair\u00e9 \u00e0 l'organisation et aux personnes qui y servent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au Qu\u00e9bec et dans les provinces atlantiques, le BEPS-Est joue un r\u00f4le crucial. Le bureau \u00e9tablit et entretient des relations avec les principaux leaders d'opinion dans les milieux universitaires, culturels et commerciaux. Avec une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9vou\u00e9e de six membres \u00e0 temps plein et \u00e0 temps partiel, le BEPS-Est sert de pont entre le public et la FAC, offrant une perspective unique sur ce que signifie faire partie de l'\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9fense.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Contrairement aux affaires publiques traditionnelles, qui se concentrent sur les relations avec les m\u00e9dias et les communications op\u00e9rationnelles, le BEPS met l'accent sur l'\u00e9tablissement de relations et les relations publiques. Travaillant en \u00e9troite collaboration avec ses partenaires de la 2e Division canadienne\/Force op\u00e9rationnelle interarm\u00e9es (Est) et de la 5e Division canadienne\/Force op\u00e9rationnelle interarm\u00e9es (Atlantique), le BEPS offre au public un aper\u00e7u approfondi du travail des personnes en uniforme. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces efforts, les BEPS de tout le Canada s'efforcent de favoriser une meilleure compr\u00e9hension et une meilleure appr\u00e9ciation du MDN et des FAC, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne mieux inform.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
