Le d\u00e9fi \u00ab Choisissez votre sant\u00e9 \u00bb, qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 1er juin au 13 juillet, \u00e9tait une initiative de six semaines visant \u00e0 promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre holistique au sein de notre communaut\u00e9. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9fi encourageait les participants \u00e0 s'engager dans un large \u00e9ventail d'activit\u00e9s de promotion de la sant\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d'une liste \u00e9tablie, avec un minimum de 10 activit\u00e9s couvrant les six piliers de la sant\u00e9 (bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel, spirituel, pratique\/professionnel, psychologique, physique\/nutritionnel, et social\/relationnel). Afin de stimuler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l'engagement, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 documenter et \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leurs progr\u00e8s de mani\u00e8re unique et innovante. Le grand prix du d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait un ensemble attrayant rendu possible par un partenariat permanent entre les Programmes de soutien du personnel (PSP) d'Halifax et Rodd Hotels and Resorts, Murphy Hospitality Group, et le Centre des arts de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration.             Trois soumissions exceptionnelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues comme finalistes, et un prix de premi\u00e8re place a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 au caporal (Cpl) Christie Bakes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            Le d\u00e9fi a incit\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, en pr\u00e9sentant leur parcours de sant\u00e9 par le biais de vid\u00e9os, de collages de photos, de journaux \u00e9crits et m\u00eame d'expressions artistiques telles que la po\u00e9sie et la sculpture.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
