Il est courant pour notre \u00e9quipe de promotion de la sant\u00e9 (PS) de voir des visages familiers dans le cadre de plusieurs de nos programmes. Il peut s'agir de Sentinelles, de membres qui se pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 un d\u00e9ploiement ou de personnes qui cherchent \u00e0 perfectionner leurs comp\u00e9tences en supervision en vue d'une \u00e9ventuelle promotion. Depuis plus de 20 ans que nous soutenons l'\u00e9quipe de la D\u00e9fense, nous avons toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de voir les participants s'int\u00e9resser \u00e0 leur propre d\u00e9veloppement personnel et professionnel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Parfois, un participant se distingue en tant que leader - quelqu'un qui ne participe pas seulement pour son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice personnel, mais aussi pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des autres.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La lieutenant de vaisseau Audrey-Maude Robitaille a franchi plusieurs \u00e9tapes suppl\u00e9mentaires. En tant qu'officier au quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Forces maritimes de l'Atlantique (FMAR(A)), la Ltv Robitaille a encourag\u00e9 son \u00e9quipe \u00e0 participer \u00e0 nos programmes et s'est donn\u00e9 pour mission d'\u00eatre elle-m\u00eame dans la salle de classe.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Elle est impatiente d'apprendre, de partager ses connaissances avec les autres et de devenir un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fenseur de l'importance de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 ravis qu'elle soit nomm\u00e9e repr\u00e9sentante de la promotion de la sant\u00e9 de l'unit\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span>

Lorsque nous avons re\u00e7u la liste des cours disponibles il y a quelques semaines, notre superviseur nous a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de profiter de ces occasions pour \u00e9largir nos comp\u00e9tences et notre base de connaissances. Le premier cours que j'ai suivi \u00e9tait \u00ab Le respect dans les Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) \u00bb, qui est un excellent point de d\u00e9part puisqu'il souligne l'importance du respect mutuel et du professionnalisme au sein des FAC.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Pourquoi avez-vous commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 recommander les cours HP \u00e0 vos coll\u00e8gues ?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Je pense que les membres peuvent tirer un grand profit de ces cours, tant du point de vue individuel que du point de vue de l'\u00e9quipe. Cela d\u00e9montre l'engagement d'un membre \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de son propre d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, mais aussi \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de sa croissance au sein de l'organisation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

J'en suis venue \u00e0 penser que les cours de PS peuvent \u00eatre extr\u00eamement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour les membres, car ils fournissent des connaissances pr\u00e9cieuses et g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur le maintien du bien-\u00eatre physique et mental. Le CRFM (Halifax et r\u00e9gions) offre \u00e9galement des cours portant sur des sujets tels que la nutrition, la gestion du stress, la sensibilisation \u00e0 l'alcool, aux drogues et aux jeux de hasard, et bien d'autres encore. En participant \u00e0 ces cours, les membres peuvent am\u00e9liorer leur sant\u00e9 personnelle et leur r\u00e9silience, ce qui peut avoir une incidence positive sur leur rendement et leur \u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration dans le cadre de leurs fonctions militaires.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

J'ai eu une exp\u00e9rience tellement positive en apprenant et en revoyant des informations sur tous ces sujets que j'ai pris l'initiative de tout compiler dans un classeur. C'est probablement ma nature tr\u00e8s organis\u00e9e qui m'a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 le faire, mais j'ai \u00e9galement pens\u00e9 qu'en consolidant toutes ces informations, je cr\u00e9ais \u00e9galement une ressource pr\u00e9cieuse qui pourrait profiter \u00e0 d'autres personnes sur mon lieu de travail qui pourraient rechercher des connaissances similaires \u00e0 l'avenir.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Que diriez-vous \u00e0 un nouveau membre des FAC au sujet de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre au sein de l'organisation ?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est essentiel d'offrir aux membres l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une vaste gamme de cours de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre pour favoriser leur bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et leur capacit\u00e9 d'adaptation. En accordant la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de ses membres, les FAC d\u00e9montrent leur engagement \u00e0 soutenir leur \u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration et leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Je crois que les nouveaux membres devraient accorder la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 leur bien-\u00eatre d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de leur service afin d'\u00e9tablir une base solide pour une carri\u00e8re r\u00e9ussie dans les FAC.
