Le NCSM Margaret Brooke a connu son premier changement de commandement depuis que le navire a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9 \u00e0 la Marine royale du Canada (MRC) en 2021.<\/p>\n

La capitaine de fr\u00e9gate Teri Share a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la capitaine de fr\u00e9gate Nicole Robichaud au poste de commandante du navire lors d'une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sur le pont d'envol du Margaret Brooke le 12 juillet.<\/p>\n

La Capf Teri Share a expos\u00e9 ses priorit\u00e9s dans son discours d'investiture, d\u00e9crivant des plans pour une approche pr\u00e9ventive des probl\u00e8mes de l'\u00e9quipage et du navire. Elle a donn\u00e9 des exemples, tels que le d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9silience pour aider les marins \u00e0 \u00e9viter l'\u00e9puisement mental ou physique, et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'une maintenance proactive pour pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9faillances m\u00e9caniques.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Elle a ajout\u00e9 que l'emploi du temps de Margaret Brooke sera charg\u00e9 et exigeant, mais elle s'est dite convaincue que l'\u00e9quipage serait \u00e0 la hauteur de la t\u00e2che.<\/p>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 qu'il pouvait comprendre ce que les deux commandants ressentaient en cette occasion \u00ab capitale. \u00bb<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Cmdre French a souhait\u00e9 la bienvenue au Capf Share, d\u00e9clarant qu'il avait \u00ab toute confiance \u00bb qu'elle rel\u00e8verait tous les d\u00e9fis en tant que commandant du Margaret Brooke. Il a \u00e9galement fait l'\u00e9loge de la commandant sortante, la Capf Robichaud, pour son leadership \u00ab authentique \u00bb et les r\u00e9alisations du navire sous son commandement.<\/p>\n

La Capf Robichaud a command\u00e9 le Margaret Brooke depuis sa livraison \u00e0 la MRC et a dirig\u00e9 le navire lors de son bapt\u00eame, de sa mise en service et de ses premiers essais en mer.<\/p>\n

Depuis, le navire a pris part \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'op\u00e9rations et d'exercices multinationaux, y compris l'op\u00e9ration Nanook ax\u00e9e sur l'Arctique, les efforts de secours de l'ouragan Fiona \u00e0 Terre-Neuve et la lutte contre la drogue dans le cadre de l'op\u00e9ration Caribbe.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
