L'Adjudant-chef (Adjuc) David Finamore a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 sergent-major de l'unit\u00e9 du Centre des services de sant\u00e9 des Forces canadiennes (Atlantique) (C Svc S FC [A]). La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de nomination a eu lieu le 3 mai dans la gal\u00e8re du b\u00e2timent Archie Macallum.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Lieutenant-colonel (Lcol) Justin Keddy, commandant de la C Svc S FC (A), a fait l'\u00e9loge de l'Adjuc Finamore pour son \u00ab intelligence, son dynamisme et sa compassion \u00bb. Le duo est d\u00e9j\u00e0 habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler ensemble, puisque l'Adjuc Finamore a agi \u00e0 titre d'Adjuc de l'unit\u00e9 pendant quatre mois avant sa nomination.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L'Adjuc Finamore a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en tant que technicien m\u00e9dical en 2005 et a servi dans les bases des Forces canadiennes \u00e0 travers le pays et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, notamment lors de d\u00e9ploiements en Afghanistan, aux Philippines, en Ukraine et en Libye \u00e0 bord du NCSM Charlottetown.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 promu \u00e0 son grade actuel en avril de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Lcol Keddy a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la carri\u00e8re militaire de 19 ans de l'Adjuc Finamore au cours de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie. Il a dit \u00e0 l'Adjuc Finamore : \u00ab Vous savez ce que signifie servir. \u00bb<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L'Adjuc Finamore s'est d\u00e9crit comme un \u00ab leader serviteur \u00bb. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que son style de leadership sera ax\u00e9 sur le soutien, l'\u00e9coute et l'autonomisation de l'unit\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
