\u00ab Utilisez-le une fois et vous vous demanderez comment vous avez pu vous en passer, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avec enthousiasme Wendy Swan, responsable du calendrier au QG GIM. C\u2019est le genre d\u2019innovation que nous pensons apporter \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 de la MRC. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Tout comme la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est pass\u00e9e des cartes au syst\u00e8me mondial de localisation GPS, ou des livres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Google, les r\u00e9alisateurs de logiciel du Groupe de l\u2019instruction de la Marine (GIM) sont convaincus que le CalFor (Calendrier de Formation), r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 et accessible sur l\u2019intranet, sera un outil que la communaut\u00e9 de la MRC adoptera facilement et qu\u2019elle jugera bient\u00f4t indispensable.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 partir du 1er avril 2024, toute personne qui dispose d\u2019un compte du RED sera en mesure de consulter l\u2019ensemble du calendrier de formation de la Marine, y compris les cours pour la carri\u00e8re et le leadership pour chaque m\u00e9tier et chaque niveau donn\u00e9s dans l\u2019un des quatre \u00e9tablissements d\u2019instruction du GIM : \u00c9cole navale (Atlantique) \u00e0 Halifax, \u00c9cole navale (Qu\u00e9bec) \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec, \u00c9cole navale (Pacifique) ou NCSM Venture \u00e0 Esquimalt ainsi que les Unit\u00e9s de plong\u00e9e de la flotte et le Groupe des op\u00e9rations tactiques maritimes..<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab Notre objectif est de permettre aux marins d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des renseignements importants sur les cours qui ont un effet sur leur vie personnelle et professionnelle, a expliqu\u00e9 Wendy. La connaissance donne les moyens d\u2019agir, et nous esp\u00e9rons que le CalFor permettra aux marins de participer \u00e0 la gestion de leur propre carri\u00e8re en les aidant \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir et \u00e0 planifier les \u00e9tapes importantes de leur profession. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019outil CalFor, les utilisateurs n\u2019ont qu\u2019\u00e0 se rendre au site <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/apps.forces.mil.ca\/TMS\/ <\/b><\/a>ou \u00e0 y acc\u00e9der en utilisant le lien de la page d\u2019accueil de l\u2019intranet du GIM. Effectuez une recherche en saisissant l\u2019ann\u00e9e financi\u00e8re et les m\u00e9tiers concern\u00e9s. Par exemple : 2024-2025 et MAN-00105 afficheront tous les cours pour la carri\u00e8re du man\u0153uvrier pour cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les recherches peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es en saisissant le nom ou le code du cours. Les r\u00e9sultats peuvent \u00eatre affich\u00e9s sous forme de tableau ou de diagramme, selon les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de l\u2019utilisateur. L\u2019outil est rapide et il est facile de s\u2019y retrouver; toutefois, les questions ou les commentaires peuvent \u00eatre adress\u00e9s \u00e0<\/span>+ESQ NPTG HQ Scheduling@NPTG HQ@Esquimalt<\/b><\/p>\n

Cet outil n\u2019est qu\u2019une progression dans le cadre d\u2019un programme plus large de modernisation des logiciels au GIM.
