Le Capf Paul Smith, commandant de la division de la R\u00e9serve navale NCSM York, a prononc\u00e9 une allocution dans laquelle il a expliqu\u00e9 l'impact de l'histoire des Noirs canadiens sur sa vie et sa carri\u00e8re. Il a parl\u00e9 des loyalistes noirs de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, du 2e Bataillon de construction et de William Hall lui-m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n
