Par l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Trident<\/b><\/p>\n

Le programme du Conseil international du sport militaire (CISM) des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC) est \u00e0 la recherche de quatre personnes motiv\u00e9es pour prendre en charge ses \u00e9quipes internationales de soccer. Les \u00e9quipes masculine et f\u00e9minine sont \u00e0 la recherche d'un entra\u00eeneur-chef et d'un g\u00e9rant d'\u00e9quipe. Il s'agit d'une occasion unique de faire passer votre carri\u00e8re sportive au niveau sup\u00e9rieur tout en contribuant au succ\u00e8s du programme de soccer CISM de la FAC et en travaillant avec des athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau de la FAC. Les postes ouverts sont tous assortis d'un mandat de quatre ans qui sera probablement rempli de d\u00e9fis et de r\u00e9compenses.<\/p>\n

Le CISM repr\u00e9sente une collaboration mondiale entre les athl\u00e8tes des forces arm\u00e9es de 140 pays. L'organisation multinationale organise divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs militaires internationaux dans le monde entier, dans le but d'unir les forces militaires du monde entier dans un esprit de comp\u00e9tition et de compr\u00e9hension mutuelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Entra\u00eeneur principal<\/b><\/p>\n

Le r\u00f4le de l'entra\u00eeneur-chef des \u00e9quipes f\u00e9minines et masculines de soccer du CISM est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du programme. Relevant du g\u00e9rant de l'\u00e9quipe f\u00e9minine ou masculine de soccer du CISM qui, \u00e0 son tour, rel\u00e8ve du gestionnaire des sports des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes, l'entra\u00eeneur-chef doit \u00eatre un militaire (Force r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, r\u00e9serviste de classe B ou r\u00e9serviste de classe A conform\u00e9ment au CANFORGEN 165\/15) ou un employ\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein des Services de bien-\u00eatre et de maintien du moral des Forces canadiennes (SBMFC).<\/span><\/p>\n

Les candidats au poste doivent \u00eatre titulaires d'une licence B (ou plus) - nationale (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), d'une licence C - nationale en cours d'obtention d'une licence B nationale, ou d'une licence B - provinciale avec une exp\u00e9rience de jeu au niveau universitaire, en premi\u00e8re division civile et\/ou au niveau du CISM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les responsabilit\u00e9s de l'entra\u00eeneur en chef consistent \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la composition de l'\u00e9quipe, \u00e0 collaborer avec le directeur de l'\u00e9quipe pour finaliser la s\u00e9lection de l'\u00e9quipe, \u00e0 assurer la liaison avec les athl\u00e8tes en ce qui concerne leur entra\u00eenement et leur d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer des plans d'entra\u00eenement pour la s\u00e9lection et les camps d'entra\u00eenement, \u00e0 se tenir au courant des certifications d'entra\u00eeneur et \u00e0 d\u00e9pister les athl\u00e8tes potentiels de la CAF CISM.<\/span><\/p>\n

G\u00e9rant d'\u00e9quipe<\/b><\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9rant d'\u00e9quipe est l'administrateur de l'\u00e9quipe et le coordinateur de toutes les activit\u00e9s de l'\u00e9quipe. Pour \u00eatre admissible, le candidat doit \u00eatre un militaire (Force r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, r\u00e9serviste de classe B ou r\u00e9serviste de classe A conform\u00e9ment au CANFORGEN 165\/15) - \u00eatre un officier (Capt et plus) ou un MR (Sgt et plus) ou un employ\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein du SBMFC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les responsabilit\u00e9s comprennent la planification, l'organisation et la conduite des activit\u00e9s annuelles de l'\u00e9quipe, la supervision de l'habillement et de l'\u00e9quipement, la pr\u00e9paration des donn\u00e9es historiques et des rapports, la compr\u00e9hension des r\u00e8gles du CISM et des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives, et l'assurance d'une communication efficace entre toutes les parties concern\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n
