SOUMIS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><b>S\u00e9rie \u00ab Le leadership num\u00e9rique au sein de la MRC \u00bb : Sgt (retrait\u00e9) Jean-Michel Gagnon, CD<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette s\u00e9rie met en avant le leadership num\u00e9rique au sein de la MRC et montre comment nos solutions d\u2019entreprise sont appliqu\u00e9es efficacement au profit de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9orientation professionnelle int\u00e9ressante, le sergent (retrait\u00e9) Jean-Michel \u00ab JM \u00bb Gagnon, un v\u00e9t\u00e9ran \u00e9m\u00e9rite comptant 15 ann\u00e9es de service dans les Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes (FAC), s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme une figure marquante dans la qu\u00eate de la transformation num\u00e9rique de la Marine royale canadienne (MRC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JM, qui a men\u00e9 une carri\u00e8re militaire en tant que sapeur de combat et commis de soutien \u00e0 la gestion des ressources (commis SGR), a pris sa retraite en 2019 avant de se laisser attirer par un poste de fonctionnaire dans la MRC. Consciente des comp\u00e9tences administratives exceptionnelles de JM, en particulier dans le domaine de l\u2019administration au sein du gouvernement du Canada et de la D\u00e9fense nationale, sa cha\u00eene de commandement l\u2019a encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9largir son ensemble de comp\u00e9tences dans le domaine du num\u00e9rique. JM a accept\u00e9 de bon gr\u00e9 de relever ce d\u00e9fi et a entrepris de suivre des cours sur les voies num\u00e9riques et de donn\u00e9es propos\u00e9s par <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/potential-ca.withyouwithme.com\/public-courses\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WithYouWithMe (WYWM)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette occasion a permis \u00e0 JM d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour effectuer la transition et tirer parti d\u2019un poste cl\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la Marine num\u00e9rique. JM a obtenu un poste de responsable de produits dans la section des solutions num\u00e9riques dirig\u00e9e par le directeur \u2013 Gestion strat\u00e9gique de la Marine, o\u00f9 il supervise le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/rcn-mrc.forces.mil.ca\/QC\/ReservationRequests\/Create\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portail technologique de la Marine num\u00e9rique<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un endroit o\u00f9 les marins d\u2019un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l\u2019autre peuvent soumettre des demandes de services num\u00e9riques pour diverses initiatives num\u00e9riques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le parcours de JM souligne l\u2019importance de l\u2019adaptation et de l\u2019apprentissage continu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique. Alors qu\u2019il s\u2019attaque \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du travail num\u00e9rique, JM insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de disposer des outils qui rendent la pratique num\u00e9rique et en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es plus efficace dans les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un monde de plus en plus d\u00e9pendant du num\u00e9rique, il encourage tous les membres du personnel \u00e0 adopter le changement, \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et \u00e0 revoir leur fa\u00e7on de penser en ce qui a trait aux applications du travail num\u00e9rique.
