MARCOM<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><b>Changement de commandement apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e bien remplie pour le SNMCMG1<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par le Commandement maritime alli\u00e9 de l'OTAN<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le commandant Piotr Bartosewicz, de la marine polonaise, a fait l'\u00e9loge du personnel qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sous son commandement, y compris des Canadiens \u00e0 bord des navires canadiens de Sa Majest\u00e9 Summerside et Shawinigan, lorsqu'il a transmis le commandement du 1er groupe permanent de lutte contre les mines de l'OTAN (SNMCMG1) au commandant Artur Kr\u00fcger, de la marine allemande, au cours d'une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 8 janvier \u00e0 la base navale de \u015awinouj\u015bcie, en Pologne.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le commandant des sous-marins de l'OTAN, le contre-amiral Thomas Wall, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de passation de commandement au nom du commandant du Commandement maritime alli\u00e9 (MARCOM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Pologne prendra le commandement du SNMCMG1 le 6 juillet 2023. Sous le commandement de la Pologne, les navires du SNMCMG1 ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maritime dans la zone de responsabilit\u00e9 de l'OTAN en surveillant les eaux de la partie orientale de l'oc\u00e9an Atlantique, de la mer du Nord et de la mer Baltique. Le groupe op\u00e9rationnel a assur\u00e9 \u00e0 l'OTAN une pr\u00e9sence constante, en prot\u00e9geant les lignes de communication maritimes et en r\u00e9duisant le risque pos\u00e9 par les explosifs des deux guerres mondiales qui sont toujours pr\u00e9sents dans les eaux libres et les ports de l'Europe du Nord.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Au cours des six derniers mois, le groupe op\u00e9rationnel comptait en moyenne huit navires, avec un pic de 15 navires au total pendant l'exercice Northern Coasts 23, au cours duquel environ 660 personnes \u00e9taient sous mon commandement \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Bartosewicz. \u00ab J'ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec des officiers, des sous-officiers et des marins professionnellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, qui savaient comment ex\u00e9cuter les t\u00e2ches qui leur \u00e9taient confi\u00e9es, m\u00eame les activit\u00e9s les plus difficiles et les plus complexes. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le groupe s'est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement entra\u00een\u00e9 et a eu des interactions avec les forces navales et a\u00e9riennes des pays alli\u00e9s et des partenaires, ce qui a permis d'am\u00e9liorer l'interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9sion. Tout au long du d\u00e9ploiement en Pologne, le SNMCMG1 a men\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations de neutralisation de munitions historiques dans les eaux territoriales fran\u00e7aises et estoniennes, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs exercices multinationaux de grande envergure, notamment Sandy Coasts 23, Northern Coasts 23 et Freezing Winds 23, ainsi qu'\u00e0 de nombreux exercices navals nationaux offrant de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d'entra\u00eenement individuel, principalement ax\u00e9s sur les proc\u00e9dures de lutte contre les mines.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le SNMCMG1 a neutralis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s environ 50 mines, rendant les eaux plus s\u00fbres pour la communaut\u00e9 maritime internationale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au total, le groupe a visit\u00e9 18 ports dans 11 pays, pr\u00e9sentant le drapeau de l'OTAN et d\u00e9livrant le message de l'unit\u00e9 de l'OTAN et de sa pr\u00e9sence active dans la r\u00e9gion. Le groupe a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 aux efforts diplomatiques de l'OTAN en effectuant des visites portuaires dans des pays non membres de l'OTAN, \u00e0 savoir l'Irlande et la Su\u00e8de.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Au cours des six derniers mois, les forces multinationales du SNMCMG1 ont compt\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 10 navires alli\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentant 6 pays alli\u00e9s. Le groupe \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 du navire amiral, le navire de commandement polonais de lutte contre les mines ORP Czernicki (511) avec du personnel international \u00e0 bord, de deux dragueurs de mines polonais ORP Dru\u017cno (641) et ORP Ha\u0144cza (642), de chasseurs de mines de la Belgique BNS Crocus (M9) et de la Su\u00e8de : Belgique BNS Crocus (M917), Canada NCSM Summerside (711) et NCSM Shawinigan (704), France FS L'aigle (M647), Allemagne FGS Bad Bevensen (M1063) et Pays-Bas NLMS Vlaardingen (M863) et NLMS Zierikzee (M862).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kr\u00fcger commandera le SNMCMG1 jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2024. Le FGS Donau (A516) de la marine allemande servira de navire amiral pendant le premier semestre de l'ann\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Le 1er groupe permanent de lutte contre les mines de l'OTAN est un fer de lance de l'OTAN et un symbole de la coop\u00e9ration et de la collaboration de l'Alliance \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Kr\u00fcger. Des d\u00e9fis particuliers nous attendent en ces temps difficiles, que nous rel\u00e8verons avec une grande motivation. La participation \u00e0 des exercices et \u00e0 des man\u0153uvres internationaux permet de maintenir le haut niveau de pr\u00e9paration op\u00e9rationnelle des \u00e9quipages et leur pr\u00e9sence
