Le 5 novembre, les navires canadiens de Sa Majest\u00e9 (NCSM) Summerside et Shawinigan sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 Halifax apr\u00e8s une mission de quatre mois de chasse et d'\u00e9limination des mines au sein du 1er Groupe permanent de lutte contre les mines de l'OTAN. D\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans le cadre de l'op\u00e9ration R\u00e9assurance, les navires ont principalement op\u00e9r\u00e9 en mer Baltique et ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un certain nombre d'exercices internationaux aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de membres de l'OTAN et d'autres alli\u00e9s. La contribution de la Marine royale canadienne \u00e0 l'op\u00e9ration Reassurance, qui met l'accent sur la dissuasion et la stabilit\u00e9 en Europe centrale et orientale, devrait se poursuivre avec le NCSM Charlottetown en 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
