SUBMITTED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><b>S\u00e9rie sur le leadership num\u00e9rique de la MRC : La M 2 Julie Alonso<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Par le Groupe personnel et instruction de la marine<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans cette s\u00e9rie, nous pr\u00e9sentons le leadership num\u00e9rique dans la MRC pour illustrer comment nos solutions organisationnelles sont exploit\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originaire de la Rive-Sud de Montr\u00e9al, la ma\u00eetre de 2e classe (M 2) Julie Alonso se joint \u00e0 la Marine royale canadienne (MRC) en tant que r\u00e9serviste en novembre 2006. Son fr\u00e8re, qui est alors dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e, lui sugg\u00e8re de s\u2019enr\u00f4ler dans la R\u00e9serve navale (RESNAV) parce qu\u2019elle aime \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, travailler avec (et sur) l\u2019eau et dans l\u2019environnement. (Elle a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 pour devenir technicienne en environnement au C\u00e9gep.) En 2010, elle se familiarise avec les notions fondamentales de la technologie de l\u2019information (TI) alors qu\u2019elle navigue sur des navires de d\u00e9fense c\u00f4ti\u00e8re (NDC) en tant que Communicateur Navale (Comm Nav). En 2013, elle est affect\u00e9e au service de d\u00e9pannage du QG de la RESNAV comme technicienne informatique charg\u00e9e de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la TI et au RED, que signalent les unit\u00e9s de la R\u00e9serve. Pendant son affectation au QG RESNAV, elle obtient un certificat en r\u00e9seautique du College O\u2019Sullivan en dehors de ses heures de travail en vue de perfectionner ses comp\u00e9tences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2018, Julie est affect\u00e9e au centre de coordination du personnel du Pacifique (CPP Pacifique) au poste de v\u00e9rificatrice des donn\u00e9es du personnel et elle est actuellement cmdt\/A de sa section, cellule de fusion des donn\u00e9es (CFD). \u00c0 ce titre, elle veille \u00e0 ce que les renseignements contenus dans le logiciel NOMAD des navires ainsi que dans Gestion SSAM indiquent les affectations r\u00e9elles du personnel de la MRC. Elle aide souvent la cellule de soutien du LCM du CPP \u00e0 r\u00e9gler des probl\u00e8mes techniques et propose des correctifs. Elle fournit \u00e9galement du soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la technologie des affaires \u2013 Gestion du personnel de la Marine, qui travaille directement avec le CLCM \u00e0 la gestion des besoins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le syst\u00e8me de Gestion SSAM et le POTFC sont les principaux outils de travail de Julie. Elle se fonde sur les donn\u00e9es de Gestion SSAM pour s\u2019assurer que les renseignements sur le personnel des navires et leurs d\u00e9placements sont exacts, non contradictoires et correspondent \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Elle se sert du POTFC pour cr\u00e9er ou modifier les blocs en mer, de m\u00eame que pour confirmer les d\u00e9placements des membres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Julie travaille sur place \u00e0 la BFC Esquimalt, mais elle vit elle-m\u00eame \u00e0 Gatineau et travaille \u00e0 distance, depuis son domicile. Sans Microsoft Teams, elle ne serait pas en mesure d\u2019assumer son r\u00f4le de superviseur \u00e0 distance \u2013 cet outil est essentiel \u00e0 la connaissance. Elle compte \u00e9galement sur une personne sur place pour lui communiquer les d\u00e9placements et les probl\u00e8mes des sections.
