Vous n'\u00eates pas seul !<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Par l'\u00e9quipe de promotion de la sant\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les recherches montrent que de nombreuses personnes ressentent une tr\u00e8s forte augmentation du stress per\u00e7u lorsque le mois de septembre arrive. Que ce stress soit attribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9but d'une nouvelle ann\u00e9e scolaire ou au fait que tout le monde (y compris les cadres, les clients et les coll\u00e8gues) soit enfin de retour au bureau apr\u00e8s les vacances, il est important d'\u00eatre conscient de son niveau de stress au mois de septembre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le stress se manifeste souvent de cinq mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes. Les questions suivantes vous aideront \u00e0 identifier votre niveau de stress et ses manifestations :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comportemental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -  \u00cates-vous plus impulsif ? Faites-vous plus d'erreurs au travail ? Vos habitudes alimentaires et de sommeil changent-elles ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> - \u00c9vitez-vous les interactions sociales plus que d'habitude ?  \u00cates-vous plus souvent en conflit au travail ou \u00e0 la maison ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Physique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> - Avez-vous l'impression que vos muscles sont plus tendus ? Avez-vous des naus\u00e9es ? Avez-vous l'impression de respirer plus vite ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mental <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Vous sentez-vous plus facilement distrait\/incapable de rester attentif ? Vous arrive-t-il d'oublier des choses plus fr\u00e9quemment ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00c9motionnel <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- \u00cates-vous plus en col\u00e8re que d'habitude ? Vos proches trouvent-ils que vous \u00eates plus lunatique\/irritable que d'habitude ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous avez constat\u00e9 que vous \u00eates plus stress\u00e9 que d'habitude - que faire ensuite ? La promotion de la sant\u00e9 propose quelques techniques qui se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es utiles pour r\u00e9duire le niveau de stress.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Technique 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Apprendre \u00e0 dire NON - Certaines personnes ont du mal \u00e0 dire non lorsqu'on leur demande d'accomplir une t\u00e2che suppl\u00e9mentaire ou de rester tard pour aider un coll\u00e8gue. Avoir l'esprit d'\u00e9quipe est une grande qualit\u00e9, mais cela peut devenir stressant lorsque l'on doit renoncer \u00e0 ses loisirs, \u00e0 sa famille et \u00e0 ses t\u00e2ches habituelles. La promotion de la sant\u00e9 recommande d'\u00e9crire et de s'entra\u00eener \u00e0 dire non lorsque quelqu'un vous demande une faveur ou de l'aide. Le fait d'avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 quelque chose peut vous aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter de tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge d'accepter simplement parce qu'on vous a mis sur la sellette.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Technique 2:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : Identifiez vos priorit\u00e9s - chacun a des priorit\u00e9s qui lui sont propres. Vous pouvez donner la priorit\u00e9 au temps personnel ou au temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur. Personnellement, je donnerais la priorit\u00e9 au temps pass\u00e9 avec mes amis et ma famille. Quelle que soit votre priorit\u00e9, planifiez et g\u00e9rez votre temps de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir au moins le temps de vous consacrer \u00e0 votre priorit\u00e9 absolue.\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, Steve donne la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'entra\u00eenement. Il a deux enfants et est trop occup\u00e9 pour se rendre \u00e0 la salle de sport le soir. Pour s'assurer qu'il peut s'entra\u00eener, il s'est inscrit \u00e0 des cours de conditionnement physique des PSP \u00e0 l'heure du d\u00e9jeuner.
