C'est \u00e0 nouveau la p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e. Vous vous souvenez peut-\u00eatre de la publicit\u00e9 de Bureau en Gros dans laquelle les parents descendent l'all\u00e9e avec des chariots sur fond de \"It's the most wonderful time of the year\" (c'est la p\u00e9riode la plus merveilleuse de l'ann\u00e9e). Les enfants redescendent lentement de leurs vacances d'\u00e9t\u00e9 et retrouvent le rythme et la routine de l'\u00e9cole, tandis que leurs amis publient de nombreuses photos de leurs enfants en train de retourner \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n

Ma ni\u00e8ce est entr\u00e9e dans une nouvelle \u00e9cole cette ann\u00e9e et s'inqui\u00e9tait de tout savoir, qu'il s'agisse de trouver sa salle de classe, de savoir ce qu'elle allait faire \u00e0 la r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation ou de se faire de nouveaux amis. Les enfants ne sont pas les seuls \u00e0 \u00eatre anxieux \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de commencer quelque chose de nouveau. Vous venez peut-\u00eatre de commencer une nouvelle carri\u00e8re \u00e0 la FAC ou, comme moi, vous \u00eates au d\u00e9but de votre nouvelle affectation. Peut-\u00eatre \u00eates-vous au m\u00eame endroit, mais entour\u00e9 de nouveaux membres dans votre \u00e9quipe. M\u00eame si ce n'est pas sur votre lieu de travail, il y a du changement dans l'air alors que nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 accueillir l'automne. Alors que nous nous adaptons aux nouvelles personnes et aux nouveaux lieux qui nous entourent, le moment est peut-\u00eatre venu de faire le point avec nous-m\u00eames et de nous poser les questions les plus profondes : Qui suis-je ? Quelle est ma place ? Qui est-ce que j'esp\u00e8re devenir ?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous passons une grande partie de notre vie \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 faire nos preuves par le biais de tests et de formations \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole ou au travail. Nous rev\u00eatons un uniforme et nous nous conformons aux exigences qu'il impose. Nous nous effor\u00e7ons de tout faire, en essayant toujours d'atteindre le niveau suivant. Mais combien de fois nous arr\u00eatons-nous pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce que nous sommes en tant qu'individus, au-del\u00e0 du grade ou de la fonction ? Dans le livre The Art of Authenticity de Karissa Thacker, je suis tomb\u00e9e sur une citation qui m'a vraiment fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir : \"Faire de devenir soi-m\u00eame une \u0153uvre d'art\". Le livre recommande \u00e9galement de rechercher des occasions d'apporter des contributions originales que vous \u00eates le seul \u00e0 pouvoir faire. M\u00eame si nous avons l'impression de faire partie d'une machine, nous poss\u00e9dons tous des dons et des comp\u00e9tences qui nous distinguent des autres. D\u00e9couvrir et c\u00e9l\u00e9brer qui vous \u00eates, m\u00eame avec vos bizarreries et vos faiblesses, et embrasser ce qui a du sens pour vous, peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s puissant.<\/p>\n

Mettez-vous au d\u00e9fi d'examiner en profondeur qui vous \u00eates : soyez proactif, cr\u00e9atif et inventez.
