Comment continuer \u00e0 pousser dans les moments difficiles de la vie, lorsque nous avons l'impression d'avoir atteint un plateau ou que cela fait un certain temps que nous n'avons pas gagn\u00e9 ? Dans ces cas-l\u00e0, nous pouvons craindre de perdre notre temps. Ces jours-l\u00e0, lorsque nous souffrons et que nous trouvons la situation difficile, qu'est-ce qui nous motive ? \u00c0 quoi revenez-vous pour vous aider \u00e0 surmonter la difficult\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j'ai appris \u00e0 me r\u00e9jouir du travail fastidieux qu'exige le d\u00e9veloppement du jiu-jitsu br\u00e9silien (BJJ) en tant que grappler. Le grand ma\u00eetre Carlos Gracie Sr. a dit qu'il \u00ab n'y a pas de d\u00e9faite dans le Jiu-Jitsu. Soit vous gagnez, soit vous apprenez. \u00bb Il s'agit d'une observation importante, car les possibilit\u00e9s d'apprentissage sont nombreuses lorsque l'on commence le BJJ. L'un des enseignements les plus significatifs de cette citation est de ne pas prendre les victoires pour acquises et, plus important encore, de rester un \u00e9tudiant humble dans la vie. J'ai observ\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises que ceux qui, sur le tapis, ont du respect pour chaque personne avec laquelle ils roulent trouvent continuellement des victoires, tandis que ceux qui ignorent les comp\u00e9tences de leur adversaire apprennent de nombreuses le\u00e7ons. En fin de compte, c'est une question d'humilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

L'un des nombreux versets de l'\u00c9criture qui d\u00e9crit l'humilit\u00e9 est celui de l'auteur des Philippiens au chapitre 2:3-4 (CEV) - \u00ab Ne soyez ni jaloux ni orgueilleux, mais soyez humbles et consid\u00e9rez les autres comme plus importants que vous-m\u00eames. Prenez soin d'eux autant que de vous-m\u00eames. \u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au milieu de la routine du travail, nous pouvons \u00eatre tellement concentr\u00e9s sur nos victoires que nous oublions d'apprendre, et plus important encore, nous oublions de prendre soin les uns des autres. D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, si nous sommes coinc\u00e9s dans une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9faites, nous risquons de ne pas les consid\u00e9rer comme des occasions d'apprendre. Et si nous abordions les choses diff\u00e9remment, serions-nous plus joyeux lorsque les difficult\u00e9s surviennent ?
