SOUMIS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><b>Leadership num\u00e9rique de la MRC : Le Lieutenant de vaisseau Bob Mackay<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Par le Groupe personnel et instruction de la marine<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette s\u00e9rie met en avant le leadership num\u00e9rique au sein de la MRC et montre comment nos solutions d\u2019entreprise sont appliqu\u00e9es efficacement au profit de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bob Mackay, qui est n\u00e9 et a grandi dans la province accueillante du Manitoba, a eu une sp\u00e9cialisation en zoologie (avec une double sp\u00e9cialisation mineure en g\u00e9ographie et en statistiques) \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Brandon. Lorsqu'il s'est rendu compte qu'une ma\u00eetrise en oc\u00e9anographie co\u00fbterait extr\u00eamement cher, il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'abandonner la vie dans les Prairies et d'\u00e9tudier l'oc\u00e9an par l'interm\u00e9diaire de la Marine royale canadienne (MRC). Il a eu un enr\u00f4lement direct en septembre 2003 en \u00e0 titre d'officier de guerre navale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a toujours eu un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la technologie et la compr\u00e9hension du fonctionnement des choses. \u00c0 la maison, il est l'heureux propri\u00e9taire d'un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de vieux ordinateurs et maintient son int\u00e9r\u00eat envers les v\u00e9hicules t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9s en construisant un drone sous-marin (VTG). Il a \u00e9galement jongl\u00e9 avec un concentrateur de 10 To pour g\u00e9rer les douze appareils de sa famille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est maintenant l'officier d'\u00e9tat-major Analyse de N1 pour le GPFM situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la BFC Esquimalt. Il \u00e9tudie \u00e9galement les sch\u00e9mas organisationnels, y compris les niveaux de capacit\u00e9 et d'attrition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tant que super-utilisateur de PowerBI, il cr\u00e9e des produits qui permettent au commandement de prendre des d\u00e9cisions plus \u00e9clair\u00e9es. Pour \u00e9tablir ces rapports, il s'appuie sur les donn\u00e9es d'objets op\u00e9rationnels (BobJ)\/d'entrep\u00f4ts de donn\u00e9es (Business Warehouse) et de Gestion SSAM. Il utilise PowerBI pour afficher des renseignements de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'ils soient facilement compr\u00e9hensibles par tous et pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une question pr\u00e9cise. Il appr\u00e9cie la facilit\u00e9 d'utilisation et l'efficacit\u00e9 de PowerBI; un rapport peut \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 en un jour ou deux. On compte sur BobJ\/l'entrep\u00f4t de donn\u00e9es pour obtenir de grandes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es; Gestion SSAM est mieux adapt\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des ensembles de donn\u00e9es plus pr\u00e9cis.
