Alors, vous vous dites probablement : n'importe quoi ? Vraiment ?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Prenons les choses pour ce qu'elles sont, c'est-\u00e0-dire prendre soin de soi. Lorsque nous prenons soin de nous-m\u00eames, nous pouvons essayer de faire de petites choses qui prennent peu de temps et ne co\u00fbtent rien, jusqu'\u00e0 des choses plus importantes et \u00e0 long terme qui peuvent prendre plus de temps, d'\u00e9nergie et d'engagement. Tout cela est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme de l'autosoin.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les pratiques d'autosoins peuvent provenir de diff\u00e9rents domaines de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre. Ces pratiques peuvent \u00eatre ax\u00e9es sur notre sant\u00e9 physique, psychologique, \u00e9motionnelle, sociale et spirituelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu'est-ce que l'autosoin pour VOUS ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je consacre suffisamment de temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui me stimulent mentalement ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 nos pratiques d'autosoins, nous pouvons utiliser des questions pour explorer notre banque d'autosoins et nous interroger sur ce que nous pourrions faire d'autre. Essayez quelques questions ci-dessous pour vous en convaincre !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sant\u00e9 physique<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je dors suffisamment ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mon r\u00e9gime alimentaire alimente-t-il bien mon corps ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je bouge suffisamment ou fais de l'exercice ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je prends des mesures pour prendre ma sant\u00e9 en main avec des choses sur lesquelles j'ai le contr\u00f4le ?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Exemple:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ne pas utiliser d'\u00e9cran pendant une heure avant de se coucher pour am\u00e9liorer le sommeil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sant\u00e9 psychologique et \u00e9motionnelle<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je consacre suffisamment de temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui me stimulent mentalement ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai-je pris des mesures pour rester en bonne sant\u00e9 mentale de mani\u00e8re proactive avant que je ne me sente mal ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai-je suffisamment de temps pour trouver des moyens sains de g\u00e9rer mes \u00e9motions ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je consacre du temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui m'aident \u00e0 me sentir recharg\u00e9 et qui me donnent de l'\u00e9nergie ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que j'int\u00e8gre des activit\u00e9s qui m'aident \u00e0 pratiquer la gratitude ?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Exemple:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tenir un journal le matin pour fixer des intentions ou noter ce pour quoi vous \u00eates reconnaissant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sant\u00e9 sociale<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je passe suffisamment de temps avec mes amis ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que fais-je pour entretenir mes relations avec mes amis et ma famille ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suis-je impliqu\u00e9 dans des groupes communautaires ou organis\u00e9s qui me permettent de rester en contact avec les autres ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y a-t-il des relations qui me causent du stress et pour lesquelles je devrais peut-\u00eatre fixer de meilleures limites ?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Exemple:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00e9voir un rendez-vous hebdomadaire ou mensuel pour appeler ou rencontrer un ami.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sant\u00e9 spirituelle<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que fais-je qui m'aide \u00e0 me sentir enracin\u00e9 ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce que je consacre du temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui m'aident \u00e0 me sentir connect\u00e9 \u00e0 qui je suis ?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai-je des moyens de me sentir connect\u00e9 \u00e0 ma foi et \u00e0 mon pouvoir ?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Exemple:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : trouver un endroit o\u00f9 l'on se sent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et remarquer ce que l'on peut voir, entendre, toucher, sentir et go\u00fbter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quelques id\u00e9es pour prendre soin de soi en \u00e9t\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Optez pour le plein air : essayez de vous promener ou d'explorer un nouvel endroit dans la nature !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Visitez votre communaut\u00e9 : voyez ce qui se passe dans votre quartier, votre ville ou votre village et trouvez quelque chose d'int\u00e9ressant ou d'amusant !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Admirez les levers et les couchers de soleil : appr\u00e9ciez la beaut\u00e9 du lever du soleil en vous levant t\u00f4t ou admirez le coucher du soleil et impr\u00e9gnez-vous de la magie de l'heure dor\u00e9e !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Nettoyer la voiture : les espaces bien rang\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre apaisants pour certains et cela peut se faire en prenant un peu de temps dans la semaine pour nettoyer un espace que l'on utilise beaucoup !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Pr\u00e9parez des musiques d'\u00e9t\u00e9 pour les trajets ensoleill\u00e9s : une liste de lecture agr\u00e9able peut \u00eatre le compl\u00e9ment parfait pour un trajet en voiture en \u00e9t\u00e9, afin de se d\u00e9tendre et de d\u00e9compresser !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Faites l'exp\u00e9rience des endorphines de l'exercice : l'exercice ou le mouvement quotidien peut \u00eatre exactement ce dont le corps et l'esprit ont besoin pour augmenter certains neurotransmetteurs heureux et nous faire nous sentir mieux !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Faites l'exp\u00e9rience des endorphines de l'exercice : l'exercice ou le mouvement quotidien peut \u00eatre exactement ce dont le corps et l'esprit ont besoin pour augmenter certains neurotransmetteurs heureux et nous faire nous sentir mieux !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">Pr\u00e9parez des mocktails : battez la chaleur de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 avec des boissons rafra\u00eechissantes et amusantes auxquelles toute la famille et les amis peuvent participer !<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\">(Re)frais avec des fruits de saison : les baies, les p\u00eaches, les poires et les pommes sont toutes cultiv\u00e9es localement et peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es dans les cueillettes pour une aventure amusante ou comme une trouvaille du march\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Quand ne s'agit-il pas d'autosoins ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'autosoin n'est pas un rem\u00e8de \u00e0 la maladie mentale ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9tresse mentale grave. L'autosoin peut faire partie des strat\u00e9gies utilis\u00e9es pour g\u00e9rer sa sant\u00e9 mentale et son stress. Vous devriez demander l'aide d'un professionnel si vous \u00e9prouvez des changements soudains ou des difficult\u00e9s chroniques en ce qui concerne le sommeil, l'app\u00e9tit, la prise ou la perte de poids, le fait de vous lever le matin en raison de votre humeur, la concentration, la perte d'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les choses que vous aimez habituellement ou l'accomplissement de vos fonctions et responsabilit\u00e9s habituelles.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let\u2019s talk about self-care!
